ee pay monthly deals to be found?

I'm on giffgaff, I pay for the £10 a month deal. I used it for business use so it's my business line and I get VAT receipts which is a bonus.

For my business I need to go into EE store and get mobile broadband sims on the 30 day rolling contract and use it for a month and cancel them. I supply IT & audio visual for events.

Now getting a 30 day EE contract is a PITA if I do not already have an account with them. But if I have a plan with them for long term use it will make adding these temporary contracts to the business account a LOT easier.

There are times when I had an EE contract on continuous periods and I could get a sim card on the 30 day contract very easily. But when the plans were cancelled and there was a period where there were no ee active plans my application went through a credit check and it had a few hiccups. I had to spend 2 hours in store to get my credit issues sorted.

Now, all the EE plans advertised are pretty expensive. I am looking for a 12 month contract for sub £10. Are there any third parties/cashback plans availble that I can get. Or are these phones4u type deals no longer in existence?

Alternatively, go direct with EE via Quidco on the £9.99 contract, as they are currently offering £30(equivalent to £2.50 per month off) £7.49 per month for 12 months.
  • i think ill need to go direct to quidco on ee because i'll need to do that to get it on business plan.

the 3rd party wont pay cashback if i get the personal ;plan and then convert it intobusiness which will change the account number
  • 1) Why can't you use a personal contract - you can still treat it is a business one for cost etc?

    2) Why EE - there are better deals elsewhere?

    3) Subject to those answers the deals already mention are expensive. Current cashback deals could offer a bundle and throwaway phone free or higher bundles at a much lower cost.

Perhaps the amount of data that EE offers on mobile broadband.? Follow the thread.
Who else offers a similar deal on mobile broadband on a 30 day contract ?
    Three and EE, that's it.
  • I have; you haven't.

The OP hasn't specified how much data they need and the first deal you suggested only offered a paltry 250mb.

Maybe YOU should follow the thread - I don't deal in guesswork.

It appears that you read, but cannot comprehend. There are two separate things being mentioned here, but the main thing is the 30 day contract mobile broadband data SIMs. To facilitate the ease of getting them, the OP wants to change his mobile phone contract to match the supplier of his 30 day contract mobile broadband data SIMs.
    Understand now?
  • Yep. It's why you were suggesting 12 month contract sims. If YOU understand you're obviously ignoring it. Then again, your understanding is as questionable as your demeanor. Or perhaps you don't understand that either?

    You still aren't getting it.

The voice SIM is not in question. The OP pays £10 per month for that with GG and gets:
    500 UK minutes
    Unlimited UK texts
    1 GB UK data
    Free to giffgaff numbers

This is wholly unconnected with his business use of mobile data SIM.

So now the OP wants to use an EE voice SIM contract in so that he has a standing contract with EE.
That way when he wants to take a single month's rolling contract of a EE mobile data SIM, he doesn't have to go through a credit check etc....as you can have up to five SIM per contract.

The other option is to go with Three, but the OP hasn't shown any interest in them.

My demeanour is fine. I've taken the trouble to explain this to you time and again.

Re-read the OP and take a look in the mirror before you make another silly reply.
