Checking Stoptober's wheel of wonder (*untechnical term made up by me) it says if you've not smoked for a week you'll have saved £58!
Have you all used the Demotivator to work out what you'd have spent based on your usual spend?
Try seeing how much you'd normally have spent over a year...
Would it get you a holiday you've been hoping to go on but never thought you had the money?Could you do with a Money Makeover?

I quit 3 years 8 months ago and as an incentive to you, apparently I have saved £14,755 on cigarettes. You might want to add a hefty percentage onto that as its based on £5 packet.
I now have a decent savings account! (Although it hasn't got 14K in it yet)
Good luck quitters, each day it gets easier.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
