I voted thinking it was alcohol as well... Wasn't there a very similar word for the same thing for alcohol? Can't think what it was now but I know I sponsored someone for it.

There's a bunch of them. There's Sober for October, and then there was Cancer Research's Dryathon for September, and in January there was the Dry January challenge.

There's probably ones for the rest of the months in the year as well because reasons.

Why on earth would anyone actually want to encourage people to spend a month blind drunk?

It may be tough but you can do it!

Remember if you have any side effects from your stop smoking medicines eg agitation check with your GP or pharmacist as soon as poss!

Good luck to all, I stopped last April and have found it not too bad to be honest.
The cravings have bit the dust, but since I have smoked in excess of 50 years, I still have to deal sometimes with the 'urge' habit, but it really does only last a couple of seconds.

    Keep busy x
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I started a little bit early, my last cigarette was at 9pm on Tuesday, so I'm nearly 48 hours cigarette free :) I'm using a vape, and so far so good, I did have a big urge to go to shop this morning to buy cigarettes but I didn't :) xx
