Only question I ask is when are you going to give up the vap. Or is that going to be the substitute for cigs for now onwards.
Personally i think vaps areas bad as cigs as an addiction.The more I live, the more I learn.

YesOnly question I ask is when are you going to give up the vap. Or is that going to be the substitute for cigs for now onwards.
Personally i think vaps areas bad as cigs as an addiction.
My plan is to wean myself off the vape, so I'm currently on 12mg, then will go to 6mg, and then 0mg and then nothing.

It's Day 5!
If you're using Stoptober's smokefreekit you'll see there are plenty of distraction techniques in there.
If you're getting cravings distract yourself straight away by doing something active.
Starting a new hobby is a good one. Have you visited Competitions Time lately? Now THAT will certainly keep you busy!
