UK Foo Fighters

Not entirely sure where to have posted this but hopefully someone will be able to help out.
After the cancellation of The Foo Fighters concert in June I was keen to make sure I got tickets for the next scheduled concert. A few Google searches for tickets led me to seetickets.com a legitimate site I have previously used and had no problem with. I purchased 6 tickets and have since received them in the post.
However, after closer inspection the tickets are indeed for the 'UK Foo Fighters' a tribute band. I have no desire to see them. As I cannot sell these on as this is a breach of their t&c's I was looking to seek a refund from them. Apparently hard to do unless the concert is cancelled or relocated or in extreme circumstances.
On this occasion I would call this misleading marketing on their part as I immediately saw The Foo Fighters logo and made a decision to buy the tickets. The logo they had used being the exact same colour palette linked 'ff' symbol within a circle. I'm sure this may even be a breach of copyright. As I have no knowledge of this kind of situation anyone who could shed some light and help me resolve this situation.
As this is my first post I cannot post a link however a simple look on seetickets.com can find the page in question featuring the logo and tickets for sale.
Many thanks in advanced.

How much were the tickets and what venue was it?
Did you have tickets for the original cancelled show?First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

On the UK foofighters website they use a different coloured one.0 -

Unless the band have given them permission to use it
Checked the seetickets site and it quite clearly states the UK Foo Fighters from the start before you even go to purchase the tickets and I would say the price and venues listed would be a real indication that it's not the real Foo'sFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

On their own website the logo has a Union Jack pattern. I think it's deceptive despite the price.0 -
But on the seetickets site there is the logo and right next to it says UK Foo Fighters and the tickets are under £20 for a very tiny venue.First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0

Does it say" this is a very tiny venue for those who might not know" or even " tribute band".. I think not ..0

It actually does a couple of options down it says UK Foo Fighters A Tribute to american rock legends on the very first pageFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
Yes I saw that-that's a different show -a different ticket-
It's still part of the same tour all the same I still think that the price and the huge UK at the start is a very big indicator that it wasn't the real Foo'sFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

Doesn't explain why they fail to use the word tribute band at all in the ad and use the foo fighters exact logo..I wonder why they did that? Entirely innocent I'm sure...0
