They didn't manage to fertilise the other eggs, not sure why but I presume they weren't good enough quality. That's so lovely that people have mentioned donating their eggs - I've offered to donate mine (I offered before this latest attempt, I didn't just ring her up today and say 'I've got LOADS of eggs, want some of mine?') and I think they might consider that option if things don't work out.

I believe it's not an entirely pleasant process, but hey, I've given birth twice, how bad can foot-long needles inserted into your ovaries be? :eek:

We have just done our last (hopefully) shop before Xmas - £70 so not too bad really, considering most years it's usually well over £100, because I panic buy random things we will never use (Spiced plum chutney anyone? It's only 4 years old, and never been opened!).

I like the sound of spiced plum chutney. Though after a bottle of wine and half a jar of pickled onions, it could be asking for trouble...:eek:

I think the foot long needles would be the least of your worries. Its injecting yourself every day that I would struggle with. However, I'm sure you would cope no problem. How old are you Snaggles?

Bunny, I dont think it would be up to Snaggles sister. I think the guidelines are set down. I was quite offended that my 37 year old eggs werent good enough I agree with you. No justice xx
