Lol, I never have parties because I'm always scared no-one will turn up, and there will just be me, sobbing into a vodka and tonic! :o

But I might make an exception, this once!! ;):D

Well, it's payday, so I've just done my frantic account shuffling....yikes it was scary. But the Snaggles family finances live to fight another month....just! :T

Had to pilfer £65 from Stu's account (he knows :p) to top up the shopping account though.....blummin' Christmas!!

Pania, I think you're right, definitely very sociable. If you had told me 18 months ago that I would invite an entire internet forum round to my house, I would have gently prised the drink out of your hand and told you 'I think you've had enough', lol! It does worry me a little bit that we are so open and friendly on here, because I suppose we are slightly leaving ourselves open to weird internet stalkers, but it's not that much different to making friends in real life I don't think, as long as you use a bit of common sense.

Bunny - we can probably sleep 3 in the living room and 6 in the camper, plus goodness knows how many in the awning, if anyone is brave enough! :D

I think you're right, it's like walking into a room of strangers, gradually getting too know the people you get on with and building that into a proper friendship, sometimes virtual, sometimes real life. I think I can name about 8 people here that would count among friends and tonnes more that would be welcome to call/text/drop in anytime they needed an ear or cuppa (except hypno, wierd stalker if ever there was one!!:rotfl: (only kidding honey, your a great mate!:D )) and 1 secret crush:eek: that if this was a room of strangers I'd be the one talked about in the office the next day!:rotfl: :rotfl: ok snaggles, definately time to prise the glass out of my hand now!:rotfl:
I think the ones that have the potential to be wierd internet stalkers get sniffed out pretty quickly, leaving us all to enjoy the sociable companionableness (oooh i just invented a new word!!) of this lovely forum!

Sorry to put a bit of a downer on things, but I'm sad to say my sister's fertility treatment has failed. She's obviously very upset, but I think that once the dust settles, they will try again. She has had 2 attempts now, the first was a complete failure as they didn't get any eggs at all. This time they got 5, and fertilised 2. So there is a good chance of them managing to harvest some more eggs next time.
