Ooooh, I forgot! I got paid today....as in ACTUALLY paid, not just 'received a blank payslip'! :T

The reason is that because I worked up until mid April last year, I actually got a bonus of £300! Woohoo. :j

I'm going to put it into the 'pot' for April though, because I will only get a part salary, and to be honest I haven't got a plan in place to deal with that! :o

Bunny, I will hopefully be online later too, although 'drinking and Singstar' was mentioned by Stu earlier! :rotfl:

nice news about the £300! If they are quick to send the £300 from the interview, then the drinks will definitely be on you!

I know - I was just thinking that I have 'earned' or won £750 that I wasn't expecting this month!

Sadly though, £150 is going towards the visa, £300 towards next months bills, and £200 will pay for new laptop (if BIL ever works out what he has deleted and manages to get it working again....he works in IT too, lol!).

So £100 left, and a new microwave needed, plus I will HAVE to buy a couple of bits of work clothing, as I hardly have anything.

So much for 'money is coming easily to me', I think my motto should be 'money escapes easily from me'! :D:o

I wouldn't know how to BB, but I think I would be scared to find out anyway!

Although I'm pretty sure it would all be Leeds United football club.

Tesco do a 700 watt Value microwave for £22 if you're not too fussed about whizzy knobs and bells on it.

Or, if you want buttons rather than a dial

or, you can have the Value one, in silver, pretending it's not a Value one, and pay £12 more just for the pretty paint!

I'd avoid the cheapest tesco one.. the same one in asda has had to be recalled because they keep catching fire!! lol!

OMG really?? I am terrified of microwaves as it is!

I know it's shallow, but I REALLY want a silver one - it would match our kitchen so much better. Although this time I'm not making the mistake of buying a combination one that grills things too.

Well, I assume it grills things, however, in all the time we have had it, we have NEVER pressed that button!! :o

Yeah go for the cheapest digital - I can't get to grips with knobs - poaching eggs and croissents all require sub 1 minute blasts and it's too hard with knobs....
