Oooh, I've just booked a Travelodge room for next weekend, and it's dropped in price from £53 to £39 since I first looked a few weeks ago.
Forgot to go through Quidco though..."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Snaggles we went to Haven (Scarborough/Filey) last Spring Bank and 4 nights for 2 adults 3 kids and 2 dogs and the tourer+hookup was about £130 - have a look at the website. Not really keen on Haven but the boys love the pool and DD likes the pool and the entertainment - when you're 5 haven mates are just sooo cool -lol!!! I use this website http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/ to check out the sites its been a godsend.I stopped smoking 25th June 2007STILL Never complacent but confidentMy debt is GOING DOWN!!!!0

Snaggs that's great you are going to a Travelodge. We have had some £10 rooms in the past. Rooms are always nice and clean. Where are you off to ?Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

I think we might just go to Ripley (North Yorkshire) the first time we use the trailer, just so that we're not too far from home if anything goes wrong. It's not a Haven site but there is a pool and a playground, and plenty of space for bike riding. Plus, it's not that big, so we can let him wander a bit, but will still be able to keep an eye on him.
We can't wait to take it to France, but that might be a bit ambitious for novice campers...lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Keren, I think people are staying at Bunny's - the Travelodge is for the Snagglettes.....I am travelling with an entourage! :rotfl:
(Or, in other words, we are taking the kids to Alton Towers the same weekend, thereby eliminating the 'how to breastfeed 150 miles from home' issue!)

Arrrghhhh, anyone know anything about mending televisions? Ryan has just broken ours by putting his Magnetix too near the screen - it's left a big purple patch in the middle. I've tried switching it off and then back on again, but it's still there.
Blooooody hell, it's less than a year old!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
