OMG!! :j :j :j :j
Stu has just had a call about the job interview he went for....he's got through the interview stage, and has to go for a driving assessment. If he passes that, he will get the job! :T :T :T :T
Oh good. Let them come to you and of course once they make their offer - you have to [STRIKE]make them sweat[/STRIKE] ask for sufficient time to take advice and consider your options... it's their job to come to you, this is your decision not theirsIt's a good sign if it was a no it would be quick, if it's incompetence is good too as it makes thei processes and actions more up for question.

Helloooooo! Happy Saturday!
I went to bad mothers club yesterday, and one of the girls invited me to a party last night. I haven't been out for aaaages, so I said I'd love to go. So I got ready, gave Natasha her last feed at bedtime and then went out.
Several vodka and tonics later, I was rather merry to say the least, but it was really cheap (spent less than £20 including taxi home) and I had a great time.Feel like it has done me loads of good. :T
SIL also rang and invited us to a party next month - it's their work party, and includes a free meal and a free bar!!! :j (both her and her husband work there, and each of them can bring one guest, so they are taking me and Stu)
I've spent the morning doing an inventory of the freezer and a meal plan for the week (in a blatant rip-off of IA's efforts last week), so we are going to go shopping in a bit for some bare essentials. Need to cut back on our food shopping because we were well over budget last month, and were only saved from utter skintness by Stu's overtime payment.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Blimey, I do that all the time... So what?Seriously though, I've not got kids, and please let me say that you all sound like truely amazing parents. Lucky kids to have you, I say.
How's everything going with you? I haven't seen you around much recently."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Well, things are okay thanks, in a way. I got a hard drive tv recorder thingy for my birthday, so I have to say I've been watching all sorts of !!!! on it - keeps me out of mischief anyway! I have been looking here regularly, but I work with computers and the old RSI has been a bit troublesome lately so I've tried to minimise how much I do on line.
Life is a strange thing, but I have to say that reading this forum keeps me going - actually my non mortgage debt has just gone below £7,000, which is fab! so from a debt view I'm doing well. (not sure what I started with, but over £25,000)
Personally, I've got a way to go, but I will get there. This place got me through my lowest time, and I can't thank everyone enough for that.
I do have some lovely non-virtual friends, but sometimes I do feel I have a certain 'image' to maintain, so here it's a lot easier to say "HELP!!"
And someone always does. Such a caring forum.
Awww, I'm a bit drunk, but even so I'd say this: you're all smashing
