    didn't :D Sorry :o
glad the meeting went well, you're doing great and glad things seem to be working themselves out with Stu but one question, seen as you live in the same city as me - where the heck did you get all that snow from  we got snowflakes and that was it - not fair   :rotfl: :rotfl:

Lovely photos by the way, you all looked really happy :)

Glad the meeting went well today hun. Wondering how Stu's interview went and if you have heard any more about your job ? Been to manc today but didn't manage to see ds. He had a day off and my ringing his phone at least 10 times failed to wake him. What is he like ? Hope your toothache is better too. XX

glad you and stu are friends:D

hopefully ryan will get all the help and support needed at mainstream school,i dont know much about one to one as dan goes to a special school but i'm sure it will be much better now you all know the facts.

you are doing a fab job snaggles, really fab.

please don't worry too much along your new learning journey your support system is up and running just enjoy being ryan's mum :j

lots of love and best wishes jacs x
Thanks jacs, that means a lot - I do enjoy being his Mum so much - the funny little things he says and does make my heart almost burst with love and pride sometimes, and yes, it can be difficult, but I have never, even for a second, wished for him to be anything other than the amazing little boy that he is. :)

(And it's great being friends with Stu again :D)

Hope you're okay? Have you recovered from the birthday party yet? :)

Oh I know the feeling! :o Ryan has already started doing that 'oh Muuuuuuum *dramatic, embarrassed sigh*' thing if I say anything soppy to him! I swear he's turning into a teenager already. :)

    *cough*

    *hides Jaffa Cakes behind sofa*

Oh hi guys  I was just...er.....eating an apple.... :o

I haven't heard from my esteemed employers yet  - oh well, it will give us time to find out if Stu has got the job before I commit myself to anything.

Stu wont hear until the end of next week, because they are interviewing all this week (eeek, lots of competition!!), and they were ideally looking for someone with a C1 license, so we will just have to wait and see, but he already delivers in the areas they are recruiting for, which might just sway them.

The tooth/jaw ache seems to be improving thanks - I'm not looking as swollen today.

And Weller.......you are welcome to pop round anytime!! But give me a couple of hours warning so I can get the house looking like I pretend it always looks like! :o :rotfl:

    hi snaggles:hello:

i was 16 when i had dan and 10 months after having him i was pregnant with my daughter.
i was pressured nagged etc etc have an amnio what u call it test, then once i was asked if i had considered having him adopted so my daughter would not 'suffer' i was also asked if i regretted going through with the pregnancy if i had known would i have had him terminated if i had a magic wand would i get rid of the downs syndrome.
answer to all questions 'no i just want to be dan's mum'
    and 15 years later i don't regret a damm bloody thing :D
he makes me laugh at least 3 times a day he is strong can be violent shouts and swears in public and makes me :o   sometimes but i hold my head up because im proud he's my boy!

maybe that was a bit of a personal rant but in a strange sorta way just to let you know that i have never wished him to be anything other that who he is either without the disability they wouldnt be who they are.:j

how has stu got on today? did he go to work?

i think the house survived the girls but not my purse:rolleyes:

I know exactly what you mean - that's how I feel too. If Ryan suddenly didn't have Aspergers Syndrome, he wouldn't be Ryan any more. I just can't understand the mindset of people who would say those awful things to you. You must have been so courageous to get through all that.

Oh yes, Ryan has just discovered swearing too..... :o:mad::eek: indeed.....

No, he didn't go - his neck has been stiff and sore all day, and he has still been feeling a bit wobbly, but he's had some ibruprofen and a bath, and he thinks he will be okay to go back tomorrow.
