  • Good morning.

Busy day today. Painter arriving shortly to finish doing my kitchen.

Whilst he is busy I will be watching DS's football match. After that it is off to A for my muggle C&C order and then once the painter is done we are off to a family bbq for a 60th birthday.

Have a lovely day all :)

    You too springdreams:)

Gorgeous day in Durham.......could we be having an Indian summer after all we didn't have much of a real one:o:)

Perfect morning for pottering. I love pottering:)

I got broccoli yesterday and the Knorr stock cubes using the 30p off GR voucher. At T last week I found a rather too large piece of Stilton whoopsied down to 30p. Broccoli and Stilton soup is on the to do list as well.. Don't put the stock cubes in a targeted shop.

Then I think I'll be pulling weeds and storing apples before heading out for a free coffee. Could be Nero or I think we actually have enough points for a costa:)
Then a quick nip into S to get some goodies.

    Sounds like a good day:)

    Morning :)

I survived just. Could have crowned Mr TS when he came to bed 3.30am and woke me up to show me bright green spoldges on his shirt and shorts with no idea how they got there.

All he kept saying was they don't smell of anything. :o

Of course I had to get up to investigate source and to make sure nothing else getting green splodged. Patches were still damp on his clothes.

Downstairs all became clear when faced with a green highlighter pen lid off on the carpet, goodness knows how it didn't get on carpet.

Looks like he had fallen asleep while highlighting his guest list of who actually turned up, that too has a few green splodges. :rotfl:

So there I was washer woman in early hours thought had got out shorts before I put them in machine but cream shirt left yellow stain. He has hung out on line first thing but says you can see on both. :(
