    1. Crying is good for you. Have a good old bawl and let it out.
    2. You have enough to deal with right now to make anyone cry, so hardly no reason (that is not supposed to make you feel worse btw!)
    3. You're no doubt tired and running on very low energy reserves.
    4. You're being strong for the rest of your family (in which I include OH and your lovely animals).

It's ok to give in to it from time to time poppet. I'm not saying take to your bed and never get up again, but an afternoon of allowing yourself to feel bad might actually do you some good. Put a time limit on it if that helps - for the next 4 hours you can wail and feel sorry for yourself and not do a single thing to help anyone else. Then after that it's back to shower, food and speaking to agencies.

Or ignore me, that's also fine :D

    Right going to attempt sleep.

Have applied for many jobs not all of them HSE I have no choice (needs must and all that)

OH just got up, I got greeted with what's up with you. I wonder, perhaps always having all the responsibility for everything

    Lost another 3 pounds.
    Yesterday I ate

Oh sweetie you know that it will be! You need support with this. We're all here for you and can encourage you to eat but I'm worried we may inadvertently make things worse by not knowing how to go about things :(

    melly,

I wish I could take you out for coffee. Please don't subconsciously try to drop your bmi to get to the threshold for treatment. Your current health is way too important for that.

I have big scary thing that I am avoiding (needs an adult sticker as a carrot!)

I had some good feedback this week from customers. I also had someone I haven't seen for about six years come in, give me a hug and say 'gosh, you have lost a lot of weight'. (Still got a few stone to go but the increase in flexibility definitely made life easier when I was ill).

Got some stuff I'd ordered online today. I get the joy of choosing, the buzz of ordering at a discount and then the joy of rediscovering. I'd only ordered it last week but had completely forgotten about it. The plus side of medicated major depression & lack of memory.

    Hullo to you all.

Haha, I just had similar WW! Ordered something and didn't want to pay postage, so ended up buying Muppet Treasure Island DVD for £3 - put me into the free postage band. Had totally forgotten I'd added it to the order so that was a lovely surprise :D

Yeah the reasons for forgetting may be a bit rubbish but hey, we have to take our victories where we can!
