Georgiegirl, I think all the different things you have learnt on this thread have made your head heavy.

I was thinking about a salt water gargle but I only have lo-salt. Sounds daft, but I wasn't sure if that would still work. (Plus the kitchen seems a long way away).

I've always found it to be really good and has worked for me almost instantly. Lo-salt? I'm not really sure what that is, but maybe trying putting double the amount in?

That's what it is WW! I'm now so intelligent and have learnt so many things on this thread! I like the sound of a heavy head better than heavy legs, bum and tum! :rotfl:

It doesn't really bother me much tbh as I carry it fairly well. Although when I see photos of myself now I sort of cringe abit and think how big my bottom half looks and how round my face is now. Although in reality, I know it's not that bad, it's just that I'm used to seeing myself much thinner and am more used to that.

Considering for years I was 8 1/2 to 9 stone, then gradually went up and up, it's quite a difference.

D reckons he's pulled a muscle trying to lift me! :p

As Calley says, I'm sure we'll all get there!

Sorry and I know I should not but :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I was about a stone and half lighter when I got married than I am now. I was up to 15st 7lbs on a 5ft 4in frame. Shocking I know. And never want to get that big again. But lost about 2 and half stone in about 9 weeks for my dress. Don't worry it was done properly. I cycled nearly everyday for 5 miles. Told husband if I did not fit in to the dress it was going to be a blue peter bin liner dress :rotfl:

My husband carried me over the threshold of our kitchen when we got back from our wedding. Even though I had to go in some one else car as they did not know where they going. As we had a very small wedding and had a reception back in out tiny little one bedroom flat.

I might I will ask husband first might post a wedding snap up but I will only leave it up for 24 hrs LOL!!!

Right off out to my mums. Might catch you all later. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for now.

    Take care

    Yours

    Calley

I found some fine sea salt so I have gargled with that. I was pathetic. I had to take a chair into the bathroom to sit down and gargle.

I wonder if bears get sore throats. It wouldn't be great to settle down for hibernation with a sore throat.

Oh yuk. Every time I cough, I leak from somewhere. (Sorry, tmi).

:rotfl: away! I might join you actually! I thought I was going to have to lend him my inhaler!

It would be nice to see a wedding snap if your husband is ok with it. :)

And the most random post of the day goes to WW! :rotfl: Hope the sea salt has helped abit? I'm useless at gargling, I usually gag! Gargle mouthwash etc for 2 minutes? I can't gargle it for 2 seconds without choking!

I am being a grump. Gitdog is in hiding. I have no idea why I'm being a grump as nothing has happened but my goodness I'm an irritable mare tonight. Think I maybe need an early night.

Elsien, I'm just off to bed to try and get away from myself...irritable just doesn't cover it!
