Your relationship has changed but it still exists in a different form and you will likely be best friends for life who can always be there for each other. Few people have that. Have a hug.
WaS,
You are right and so kind. Massive hugs back to you.

I did sleep, polly! I needed the Let It Go song, as it is I keep imagining just where in the postal system the form is right now. I shall call on Friday to check that they have it and then attempt to leave them alone. Last time I was calling them on a daily basis and I am lucky they were so nice each time. I shall attempt to be not quite so much of a nuisance this time (and at least only call every other day).Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

WW, have you tried gargling salt water? Sounds horrible, and to some it is, but it really does work.
Well, with all this talk on weight, I was curious as to how much I actually weigh! So I bit the bullet, put a new battery in the scales and it's not as bad as I'd feared, but still a lot more than it should be. *whispers* 11 stone 11. Ok, so it IS worse than I thought.I think I've got very heavy legs! :rotfl:
Joking about, I said to and to try and pick me up....he couldn't....I think I've given him a hernia and he's given me a punctured lung! :eek:0 -
Georgiegirl, I think all the different things you have learnt on this thread have made your head heavy.
I was thinking about a salt water gargle but I only have lo-salt. Sounds daft, but I wasn't sure if that would still work. (Plus the kitchen seems a long way away).:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. GG is that aimed at me?
It was, but I meant no harm by it, so I hope you didn't take it that way? Was merely agreeing with WW.
It's totally your business, and that's why when I thought of asking the other day, I didn't.
Just always seems that you get on so well, and that is lovely that you can be the best of friends and that you are there for each other. :A0 -
Georgie - I know it doesn't matter, cos it's all relative and down to how you feel, but I'd love to weigh what you do0

GG,
Its fine. I was not sure how to word it and realised that "was that aimed at me" sound a little bit aggressive LOL!!! It was not meant like that and no offense has been taken. I can assure you.
Its fine ask what you want my life is a open book and I have nothing to hide
