    Morning All,

WaS - well done for getting the form sent off. I hope it was a relief and you can relax a bit now

Faerie - I have no practical advice but I hope you get everything sorted.

WW - I hope you feel better soon

Melly - Good luck with OH's healthy minds

Birdie - try not to worry about the diet for your anniversary dinner. You know that TOTM is affecting your weight at the moment so focus instead on your fabulous new, size-smaller-than-normal skirt.

My Wednesday Weigh In, I lost a pound. I know that I'm heading in the right direction and that can only be a good thing but I was slightly disappointed that it wasn't more. I did have a slight blow out on Sunday but it was only very mini and I thought I had enough weekly points to cover it, I'm guessing I'd overestimated how many I had left...

    3 positives from last week:
    1. I didn't have any chocolate
    2. I booked my gym induction (7.30 tonight, I'm a little bit scared...)
    3. I bought some lovely half-price flowers on Monday (thank you Valentine's day)

3 positive steps for the week ahead:
    1. Start logging points, rather than keeping a rough running total in my head, but without getting obsessed over silly things like exactly how much milk I've put in my coffee
    2. Go to the gym at least twice
    3. Give the kitchen a really good clean-out-all-of-the-cupboards type of clean.

Tea - I'm really sorry you're having to go through all of this but I'm glad the talk with PB has helped you to see things more clearly.

Tea, it sort of is over. Other people are dealing with it. Let them deal with it now. FOH will get help.,it's very obvious he desperately needs help, and now he will get it. Leave it to the professionals to help him.

What police baby says makes absolute sense. The police have spoken to him repeatedly, and he's not processing it. He really needs the help he will now get.

Believe me, you'll also feel it's over much more when his stuff is gone, so fingers crossed that will be done soon. That empty garage will be a huge, huge relief, and a blank canvas on which to move forward. Put your car in it!

SDW Think a few days before the introduction of the NHS . I was early and my mother never forgave me as my parents had to pay the doctor and midwife for the delivery !

Ooh! That was a rough deal! Just a few days before free treatment! Aaaargh!:rotfl:

  • Tea I am glad you have some clarity now on the situation . You saying it seems never ending but the end is in sight . I know you must have mixed emotions right now , that's only natural . Please stay strong sweetheart we are all standing with you . Have a big hug .

Thanks peeps, I guess the end is in sight. Would be nice to get through ten minutes without crying! It's a year since I first went to sort the mortgage out, this may be the longest break-up ever.
  • Tea I really do understand how you will be feeling now . When I had to take toxic second husband to court my head was all over the place .
I was fortunate that the mortgage was in my name only as I had bought the house before marrying him . he never even asked to go on the mortgage !
I dreaded the court case but like you I had police back up . I walked out of there with the knowledge he was banned from coming near us and a full power of arrest .
That was nearly thirty years ago and the system is much easier now .
It will be ok and I promise one day you will look back and be glad you had the courage to see this through .

melly - you could nearly fit into littlewing's skirts.

tea - glad police baby is updating you and I am also glad that the police have been making a huge effort (from the sound of it) to get FOH to 'see the light'.

I am in bed. Too sore to go in to work. DH is having to cancel my appointments.
