    Wednesday Weigh In!

STS this week. Meh. I did have a night out on Saturday where I drank too much :o and it's TOTM so bloating... but I'm still disappointed! It's my wedding anniversary tomorrow and we're going out for the afternoon/evening (watching Deadpool and going for food) and a sad little part of me is worrying about ruining the diet! :o

3 Positive Things from Last Week:
    1. Once my new skirt arrived (a day late; I complained and got the delivery charge refunded!) it fit and looked awesome, and it's a size smaller than my 'usual' skirt size!
    2. I discovered that Matchmakers give a nice happy chocolate hit without being too calorific!
    3. I used my new dumbells and did a couple of (very) mini workouts.

3 Positive Steps for This Week:
    1. Get into a routine of doing a less mini workout on an evening!
    2. Book in for a hair appointment
    3. Enjoy my anniversary without worrying too much about how naughty it is!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

  • Birdie, one of my staff told me there are chocolate drinks at Aldi which are delicious, cost peanuts, and hardly any calories. Definitely worth checking out next time you are there.

Suspect I may be thread matriach :(

Good luck faerie and melly! And squishes to all, whether or not you need them :)

SDW Think a few days before the introduction of the NHS . I was early and my mother never forgave me as my parents had to pay the doctor and midwife for the delivery ! Until her death she would refer to it if I was being impatient regaling people with the tale .
Back in a bit phone calls to make .

Hope you both get on ok today melly and get someone useful to speak to xx

    Today's huge update.....

Just had a long chat with police baby. CPS have agreed to charge, so it's going to court :( Have talked through what will be going in the restraining order application. I did say that I'm not at all sure about how this has escalated and that I was having a panic about it all and he was great - said it's very normal to be overwhelmed when a long-term relationship ends like this. He talked me through how many times FOH has been spoken to and how his behaviour isn't changing. He's spoken to him a lot (including several times this week) and said he (FOH) still seems to think that this is some sort of phase or test and when it's over we'll be in a relationship again. It's been pointed out to him by three police officers now that he's not considering my feelings or the impact this is having on me, and he seems incapable of accepting he's doing anything wrong. PB is convinced that if we take no further action at this stage he'll take that as a green light to escalate. He was clear that I still have some say in this and I didn't feel at all forced but he has helped me to see things more clearly.

First court date will be just FOH there and the charges will be put to him. Both PB and myself think its unlikely he'll accept them, although there's always a chance that the seriousness of the situation (and legal advice) might hit home I suppose. So a very good chance that there'll be another court date at some point that I'll have to attend. I should be hearing from the court support people this week.

I've given him the names of two of FOH's mates that I'd be ok to speak to about arranging the stuff collection. Hopefully one of them will contact me soon so I can just get this sorted.

Have no idea how long the court stuff takes, I get the impression it's a long process. Feels like this is never-ending.

Glad pb helped clarify it tea. Xxxx

As we said none of this is your fault. If he is getting help he's not well enough to give you space yet

    Xxx
