I admire you so much WaS. Look at all the time and advice you give to each and every one of us on this thread. I know for certain, a lot of advice you've given me has helped reassure me about things I was worried about and I'm sure that goes for each and every one of us too.

The human brain is both a fascinating and complex thing, and it must be so wearing and so tiring to have to live with your conditions day in day out, but you do, and with a sense of humour and determination that I'm sure a lot of us could not manage. So, WaS, you most definitely fit in. Without you, we would not all be here.

Now, onto a totally different subject, from mental health to scented candles! You mentioned in one of your previous posts that you like scented candles. I've discovered some brilliant ones. They're an almost identical dupe to the bath and body works ones I got in America for $22, and they're £1.99 in Home Bargains. They're by 719 Walnut Avenue. If you have one near and WaSp pops put any time, ask him to get you some.

Aw HBS, that sucks! We can all say it wasn't the right job and there's something better out there etc. but sometimes you just need a little wallow - you're allowed to be disappointed. What's happening with the redundancy (sorry, all detail-remembering is beyond me!) - are you still there or have you left already?

Docs did a report for OH PIP it clear states very severe lumber degeneration and suicidal currently
How can they remove it?

One of my mates just didn't get a job feedback was because she had to give a months notice and there would be a holiday clash

No, not useless, just not right for that job.

Listen, it's all relative.
If you're in the Wimbledon final and you lose, does that mean you're a lousy tennis player?

So, you're allowed to feel bad about it until 1pm today.
After 1pm, take a deep breath roll back your shoulders, and start the afternoon as a new person.
Then you can look for new opportunities! :A

You all do make me feel so much better, it's harder to sit here loathing myself when you are all so lovely. When WaSp woke up he asked if I'd eaten and I said no. I am lying to him as if I have a huge guilty secret because I had a piece of toast and he didn't. I KNOW how ridiculous that is but it still doesn't stop me, I am driving myself mad today. If WaSp knew I had lied he would be concerned but also laugh at me for the next month. The teasing would be relentless!

Thank you for the candle tip Georgie! I shall have to see if I can persuade WaSp to go out and get me a few!

What a lovely thing your son said benrben! That is beautiful! I am glad my post helped you but sorry that you could to relate to it, I feel for anyone who has these kinds of thoughts.

You aren't useless, HBS! There will be something better on the horizon and these days the fact you were even considered shows they thought very highly of you. I know it hurts but it doesn't mean you failed. Have a hug.
