Melly, my brave girl, have been thinking about you all day (in a nice way, not a freaky stalker way lol). Wish I could wrap you in a blanket and feed you gentle broth. Hope you're doing OK today and are managing to get some rest x.
Am feeling calmer today (in general, but tbh am still annoyed with parents). I can totally see that my mum was being naive, and I can see why she'd be thrown when he just turned up. But I still can't get why her (and my dad, who's supposed to be the sensible one!) didn't think to mention anything for a day and a half.
Oh well, can't be helped now. My sister read them the riot act for half an hour in her best teacher voice so hopefully they now have the message!
Police appointment today went ok. I walked there and back (45mins each way) which was great for step count but possibly ambitious after few hours of housework - endo pain now shocking. Fortunately I have heat therapy from my hot water cat0 -
Glad the police went well tell.
Tomorrow is a day for bravery today I filled in 6 weeks worth of online asb forms and a crimes toppers for driving without licence.0 -
I've had a banging headache all day (it's easing now I hope) so have spent most of it lounging on the sofa. I feel sick, am quite warm and D says I look flushed. I used to get migraines in my teens, so hope I'm not starting with them again.
So sorry for the lack of personals, I know what I want to say in my mind, but can't think straight to out it down in a post, but just wanted to offer up a hug to anyone who needs one. Code, you are not a terrible person, be kind to yourself and have a cuddle on the sofa with DA dog or the husband (whichever is more preferable at the moment!). Hugs to tea and Melly too.
Elsien, hope your campaigning went well.0 -

Thanks Melly will try that.Seems to be easing off now hopefully. Well, it is when I'm sitting down, but when I'm walking, every step vibrates through to my head IYSWIM?

Which is wrong
Melly,
I read that too and was like  very few remakes work. Especially if you know the original. Why oh why can't they leave stuff alone.

Ahhhh.....why does a just-changed bed feel so good?! It's not like it's actually dirty the other six days :rotfl:
Keep seeing labyrinth remake stories, really hope it's not true.0 -
Fresh sheets are amazing. If I ever win thd lottery I will have fresh sheets every night. Even better is new sheets.
They keep making rubbish remakes or stupid sequels and prequels that just ruin things. I hated the Star Wars Prequels, I kind of liked the new one but it borrowed heavily from the original trilogy, and don't even get me started on Indiania Jones and the Crystal skull abomination or any Die Hard movie after Die Hard with a Vengeance (love that film!). And now there's going to be a Die Hard prequel. They're even doing a reboot of the Fantastic Four and that film isn't even all that old. I was so glad when Robert Zemeckis said no to a Back to the Future remake. Just make something new!!!
I watched kids movies all day today. I watched Frozen, then Maleficent, then Into the Woods, then Cinderella, then switched over for Labyrinth. I've barely moved from the couch.
(ok Cinderella and Maleficent are kind of reboots but Cinderella stayed very close to the Disney version only not animation and Maleficent at least does something different, plus Angelina Jolie is wonderful to watch).Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
