:bdaycake: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEA! :bdaycake:0
-
Morning Shipmates,
What a crappy day today raining never mind worse happens at sea.
Dyed my hair a more blonde colour night. And used that dye that is a tubes and creates a mousse so no mixing love it. But not the price. I snagged my at home bargains for £1.99 retails at a £10 ish
Will sneak back to HB and snag all they have left on the shelf :rotfl:
Lodger cleaned the bathroom of sorts but did not clean the shower trap out. I noticed it running slow while I was rinsing the hair dye off last night. OMG its was gross and mainly my hair :rotfl:I can tell myself it's not me it's him all day but honestly I don't believe that.
Tea I do understand and I have been single on and off if you count my plank of a ex, for 4 years and yet to find someone. The ones I like don't want me and the ones I don't want do want me.
Each time it goes to hell in a handbasket it just feels like another piece of me has died. And I am wasting my time and no one will ever want me. I am too messed up, ugly, fat etc etc and I am not getting any younger so I think I need to resign myself to being on my own for the rest of the life.
On a more happier note been sorting out my little bedroom to turn it in to my office/craft room and a hidey hole away from lodger. I do like him. But he comes in when I am watching something on the laptop and plonks him self down on the end of the same sofa. Its like he can't cope being on his own.
So now I will have somewhere to go and relax and shut the door on the world. Might make me productive somehow not sure how :rotfl:
Oh did I mention its the first on the central heating circuit so it gets nice and toasty warm
Hugs, handshakes and squishes to all that need them.
Melly please take care I know you are worn out in all senses of the word. Give yourself some slack.
Yours
calley

HBS - that is annoying, what does he think he's signing?!
I really don't know. If you want things like insurance policies, surely you ask when your kid starts. not two days before they compete??

Yup - this. And I hate, hate myself for thinking like this. But that's how it is.
I think a little part of me thought I deserved for things to go really well, really quickly after the last ten years of cr.ap from FOH. Which I know is totally ridiculous, but sometimes it seems that surely karma must kick in at some point?!0 -
Happy birthday Tea!!!!
I hope you have a fantastic day and please try not to give Mr HL too much thought. No matter how hard it is for you to believe at the moment, it really is him not you xx0 -

Except that, if it is only now that he is asked to sign a release form, maybe that made him aware that he needs to know what he's releasing?
After all, if he's asked to sign something to confirm that he has read the insurance details, then he needs to have read them, and not just blindly sign that he has. Good legal practice and all that.
HBS, are you able to email him the insurance details? It shouldn't take him long to read the policy and get a signed form back to you today. :A(I just lurve spiders!)

Happy Birthday Tealover! I have a cushion embroidered with "Where there's tea there's hope!"
Pyxis, it was me looking for the 2" heel slippers - how kind of you to remember & post such a lot of useful detail. I will certainly look into them. Yesterday she pulled a pair of Padders shoes from the back of the wardrobe and remembered wearing them a lot as they were so comfortable - sadly not now, as they are too flat. From the outside they seem to have a good heel, but not inside, if that makes sense. She is now wearing her "outside" shoes all the time, which is good she has something, but it would be good to find another pair of something. The shoes (well boots actually) are definitely aimed at a much younger market, it does make me smile to see them! I have tried to find a pic - they were £35 in Sainsubrys before christmas, have lacing up the front and a zip up the side. Oh and a 2" heel.Deal with things as they are, not as they should be.0
