My lovely local police baby has just been round with an update so the letter is now on file too. Bizarrely he had told the police about it!
FOH has pretty much admitted to everything I've said, but obviously he sees it very differently in that as far as he's concerned he's just trying to speak to me. But the police have made it clear again that it's very much not acceptable, and it's now all on tape which is good. Slightly concerning that the police have said even today he was reluctant to agree to not contact me again. Police baby will let me know next week whether they're going with caution or passing it to cps. I've said I'm happy with caution so it will probably be that.
Also have number to call to arrange injunction.
If there's anymore contact it will go straight to cps. Police baby said with him admitting his actions on tape it would go to court quite easily.
Did briefly talk about possessions and fact we still technically have a joint account. I've said I'm happy to sort via a friend at a convenient time but would rather not sort with his mum as she doesn't seem to see a problem with how he's behaving (she went with him today and police baby spoke to her too and spelt it out).
Fingers v crossed he is now finally getting the message.0 -
That sounds like my MIL elsien. Any surplus chocolates, biscuits, cakes etc get sent over here. She's as bad as D when it comes to sweet things. I can see where he gets his attitude regarding them from. I told her in a semi joking/semi serious way not to do it anymore.
Do you need rescuing from those Roses btw?
That's great Melly
Snow yay! :j Oops just remembered, you don't particularly like it do you?
Onto the haribos now. This weigh in Wednesday is not off to a great start I have to say.
Eta: Fingers crossed tea. I really hope this is the end of it.0 -
I like snow, but it stresses Mr CP out and we get snowed in sometimes. DA dog loves it and is really funny when he's out in it.
Glad police baby has it in hand. Worrying that he still doesn't think he did anything wrong but hopefully he got the message.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Too late to rescue me from the roses, I'm afraid.
Tea, ref the joint account, rather than faffing around with getting him to agree to take his name off it, it might be easier to open a new account for yourself and transfer everything over to it. Then see what you can do to get the joint one closed or your name taken off.
I know someone who kept a joint account after she split with an ex - he didn't empty the account (although he could have done) but he did use the internet banking to keep tabs on what she was spending even though it was no longer his business. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

My deeply weird boy has just wandered in to the kitchen, looked at me and gone back to OH?
Need to get OH to understand just eat something and I at least want to see a mouthful are not bloody helpful0 -
I won't join in with the dieting as I never know how much I weigh, the doctor weighs me twice a year and keeps tabs on it. If I weigh myself it really triggers my ED, as does dieting so I tend to stay at whatever weight I am for safeties sake. But I don't mind at all anyone else doing it! I will be here cheering you all along and throwing healthy snacks and bottled water at you!
I used to love going to the gym. I went 5 days at one time before arthritis made it impossible. Getting there is the hard part it turns into fun once you are there, honest!
Aw, Pollyanna what a lovely thing to say. I do hope that you are right. You sound like an amazing mum!
Fingers crossed FOH will back off now, tea. At least you know the next step should it be needed.
Hope the bad thing works itself out for you whitewing. As you say concentrate on the positive.
Melly, have you thought of trying smoothies again? I find I can sometimes fool myself when solids won't go down that liquids are somehow not food. Also things like soup in a cup can work, it's in a cup so it must just be like coffee, right? Ooh well done TEA . The police have again reinforced to foh that his behaviour is not acceptable . I know how wearing and annoying it can be to have this going on and taking up what should be your new life but it is worth it in the end . We'll see you in the gym yet love .
