I cleared out the medicine cabinet today. Got a small bag of expired stuff to take to the chemist. Got rid of a few empty boxes - I never understand why DH put empty packets back in the cupboard, drives me crazy. It isn't what I planned to do, but I am pleased that I've done it. Even found some 1000mg vitamin C tablets.
This year I am planning:
1. to take regular vitamin tablets (I go through fads but I am convinced vit D is going to help)
2.do at least one stretch a day from my new martial arts book. (This is in addition to my normal training stuff and practice)
3. drop a dress size (no specific plan and I need to lose more than this but I want to make it achievable while DH's shifts keep changing)
4. Add a 'yet' on the end when I find myself saying, 'I can't do that':heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
I'm having a grump. Been trying to sort out a budget and getting very frustrated with excel. Now feeling guilty because I got cross with Gitdog instead of the computer, and he's hiding.
My list for this year has to include not being such an irritable mare over the trivia in life. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
