Ok, Fly, some visualisation needed, methinks.....
Scenario 1. Stay in current industry and take the job.
Scenario 2. Refuse job, stay in study at Uni with a view to the new prospects that that affords.
Scenario 3. Take job and stay in study course.
Scenario 4. Refuse job, stay in study but rethink what you really want to to do, even if it means another fresh start with something completely different.
Imagine yourself in each scenario, and see which appeals the most.
Then take it from there............(I just lurve spiders!)

Fwiw, I'd listen carefully to your instincts here. It's natural to feel nervous and apprehensive before a new job starts (you remember what a state I was in a few months ago!) But these seem to be major concerns and it's good that you're putting some thought into it all.
I don't know what to suggest, but I hope you know that we are all with you whatever the next few weeks and months bring.

I admit I'm anorexic and need help my usual coping strategy has failed. I admitted it to healthy minds yesterday I also admitted both the reasons for doing it (self harm, control).
She was a bit hung up on body image so I'm not sure she got what I was saying.
