Hey WW, just struggling to manage......I think it's depression but am not sure and don't know what to do next to try and help myself. Terrified of the new year with Uni and Job and how I will manage. Same as everyone else probably, so shouldn't be whinging.

You've taken a lot on Fly, it will take you a while to adjust. And don't worry if the things you have taken on don't quite suit you. At least you know you have given it a good go, and like I have said before, to even consider taking on uni and a new job takes some guts!
Try and talk to someone about how you feel, even if it isn't us.

Had no sleep the past two nights as Escapette is under the weather and won't sleep. Going to work is a real struggle and I'm getting really snappy which I don't want. We were supposed to be going to bearded ones family tonight, but I don't think it's fair to take her to a big family do if she isn't well. Hubby is planning on still going while I stay home with her. I'm cross about this because I wanted our first new year together, but as he points out, there isn't much point being home as me and baby are likely to be asleep anyway.

Put porridge in the slow cooker on one of my middle of the night trips to the kitchen. Just having it now and its actually pretty good.

Sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment fly :( Sending squishes (yes I said it lol!) your way. You're bound to be feeling over whelmed with a new job and Uni.

Can't say I recognise the name WW. I think most of her posts were probably before I started posting regularly on the boards so that's probably why. Hope she's doing ok though.

Sorry to hear escapette is under the weather Welly :( Shame you can't all go to the party, but you're probably better off all snuggled up warmly at home. NYE is so overrated anyhow.

Eta: It's my dip in the sea midday today! Please pray, dance, or hope the sea turns into a lovely warm bubbly jacuzzi....or at the very least it isn't too cold! :p
  • I remember SCO. I too hope she is OK.

Hugs to all - and tea, get that coffee sorted ;)

Am currently trying to sort out my friend with some dates on MySingleFriend and PoF. It's quite amusing so far. :)

Love and hugs to all who need them. Fresh year, fresh start?

There's far too much to catch up on for me to try to respond to individual posters but yay for all getting through Christmas and here's wishing you all the best for 2016.

In the spirit of having said I'll try to join in more next year (I thought I'd start a day early as I'm unlikely to be online much until Monday) I'll try to do my 5:

    1. I'm kind (despite what anyone on the grammar thread might think)
    2. I'm generous (with both things and time)
    3. I can cook
    4. I'm honest
    5. I have nice eyes

p.s. Tea, don't convince yourself that things are going nowhere with Mr Hot Lips (remind me again, is he hot?). It might not end up with a spring wedding but the only way you can guarantee that won't happen is if you back off.

Yes please from me. Though I've read each book once only, in the case of the last four starting on the day of publication, so I've probably forgotten an awful lot!

I am quite excited about today. DH and I are going to have a declutter. I think to keep it manageable, today will be about getting rid of the easy stuff - outgrown/worn out shoes, a duplicate umbrella, books for a family member - and maybe tomorrow, when there is more space, some shifting furniture and rearranging the living space. I have some ideas but they may not coincide with DH's ideas.

OK Ono, first random question is...

What does Draco Malfoy use to get the Death Eaters into Hogwarts?

WW, I find decluttering so therapeutic :)

    Snap.
What does Draco Malfoy use to get the Death Eaters into Hogwarts?

I ended up having to use Google as I really couldn't remember and it was annoying me.

    Hmmmm...

Was it a pair of wardrobes that allowed instant travel between them, one inside Hogwarts and the other outside (possibly in Diagon Alley)?

I'm not very confident about whether that's right though!
