Some lovely present suggestions WhiteWing
Not sure Swain would like the road kill teddies, i think he prefers them to be "alive" so to speak, though i quite like them myself.
Seeing as he's currently Fallout 4 obsessed i had an idea to make a hamper for one of his pressies, i'm going to get a wooden crate like whats in the game, fill it with bottlecaps (the games currency-i;ve seen some on Etsy), and then maybe a t-shirt, mug, keyring and other bits
Had a horrible dizzy spell earlier. No idea what triggered it but i went very very dizzy and my vision went all blurry. Worried the hell out of Swain who thought i was going to collapsethankfully after a lie down i was fine but still a bit worrying nonetheless. It felt like a panic attack but without the usual breathlessness and hyperventling that usually happens

It may have still been a panic attack, MU. I have had some with just physical symptoms. Have a hug.
The side effects of my medication are almost as bad as the psychosis, as I have said this is why I cannot take the full dose I need. I just feel completely unreal and detached, very dehydrated and feel sick. It's like trying to think through treacle. My vision is blurred and my legs are weak and shaky and I can't lift my feet properly, they just feel so heavy as do my arms. It is also very hard to speak. For anyone reading this on anti-psychotics don't panic, the modern ones all but stop these side effects, it's just because I take an old one. No one taking the modern ones should have these problems plus I am ultra sensitive to medication in general.
Obviously I need to take extra right now but this is horrible. I may whine throughout the night, it helps. Apologies in advance.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Hahaha! have a wine for me! I can't touch anything with alcohol in it on this dose of drugs so out of friendship it surely must be your duty to have a drink for me! Enjoy!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

I was once on an older anti depressent, on the highest dose [slight penguin] and after i OD they found i had a sensitivity to it [/]penguin] and the side effects were worse than not taking it, i just to feel violently sick straight after taking it and it made me feel so zoned out and zombified. How you've described how it makes you feel souds a bit like what i felt earlier, if thats anything how it makes you feel by god you have my sympathy as that feels horrible.***hugs**
Swain has a pig obsession and the noise he thinks they make is a "reeeing" noise, he has IBS and at times *ahem* takes a pig in with him so they can "reeeee" sympathetically at him  so i shall do that for you (yes Swain is slightly bonkers in regards to his pigs but i love him for it

Hahaha! Swain is adorable and thank you, MU. The anti-psychotics cause derealisation so now I have that on top of odd thoughts (throwing things across the room will enable the energy of the universe to flow through me and push out a powerful stream of light capable of undefined great things, anyone?). There is also a lot of underlying panic which I'll let myself off for because this is hardly a calming scenario. I need to buckle up for the ride though because things are going to be up and down for the next few days. Really, I need to stop fighting it and just accept that although I won't act on them the thoughts are going to be there and that they can't hurt me. They are just symptoms. Easier said than done though because my first reaction is to shove them aside, get frustrated and yell "Stop it!" at my brain.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
