There are 3 other threads, Tea! I really do need to hunt down Pyxis (Yoooohooo, where are youuuu?) and make a new thread because we are over double what is advised. There are much longer threads so hopefully it isn't too naughty but it is best to stay on the good side of the forum team!
How odd, tea. Anxious at all? If I am anxious my palms get so wet it looks like I have just washed them. My body is very hot all of the time anyway due to my thyroid disease so it only takes a gentle shove before I am dripping from palms, head and generally everywhere. Is anything TMI here?? Hopefully not, considering how often I feel the need to tell you all that I'm constipated :rotfl:.
ETA: that is weird WaS... I thought you were replying to me?!!0 -

You know what's silly? I have benefit guilt. I love wild rice but rarely buy it because it is expensive. I am craving it right now but I have the silly thought that because I am on benefits that I should not be spending money on things like that, those foods are for those who work and have their own income, not for me who is reliant on others to support me. I am hugely aware that without benefits I would be dead by now and I don't expect to live like those who work. I normally buy value rice, anything more seems like a waste of my benefit money and as if I don't deserve it. I am in a guilty moral quandary over a bag of rice, WaSp is half half amused and half despairing...
Oooh, Pyxis! Let's do it! Get the etiquette ready on your pointer I shall post it within the next 2 minutes if that's ok?Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

thanks guys.. Waves, what's your illness/disability? so crap that your care got culled. the cuts are filtering down to every system and service.
Tea.. constipation sucks! I have always had a really lazy bowel, which is why I had the perf. I'm on 8 sachets of movical a day plus stool softeners but they are both effective.. if it continues, you could ask for some meds.
I just got my asda shop and I'm officially putting myself on a diet today..
PENGUIN.. FOOD/WEIGHT/ED TALK)
I lost 3 stone, 2 years ago, but put 5 back on.. I'm 17 stone and a size 22/24.. I'm going to try and go low carb, and up my protein via potein smoothie in the morning for breakky.. it's going to be hard as I self medicate with food. I've always had a mixed ED.. been nna/bulimic but just battling binge eating at the mo.
I need to lose weight cos it makes me even more prone to more hernias, plus I'm so embarrassed about my weight, it's not helping my self esteem. It's hard though to lose weight when I can't excersise and my dr is taking me off my thyroid med as it's too expensive. I can't fight that as apparently uk isn't allowed T3 anymore, and I don't do well on thyroxine.
PENGUIN END.Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
