What a load of cack that is.
1) An insinuation that only lawyers and bankers live in London.
2) What?
3) This guy is obviously an HPC member as no one outside that website cares one jot about Foxtons.
4) Yay, people will lose money.
5) The tired fallacy that money spent on rent and mortgages disappears from the economy forever.
6) More Percy syndrome, look at me I have morals because I don't LIKE earning money from property, unlike the rest of you.
7) Hopefully starting with tosh like this.
8) Unfabricated horse sh*t.
9) Baffling nonsense.
10) Another HPC meme. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Joe. You're mentioned in dispatches!Well I have had to stop reading posts on MSE property and economy debate board, it is like watching children playing at adults, it is so painful. They have worked out the perfect scenario in their heads of a property bubble on steroids where you get shouted down if you contradict them in the slightest.
I really do thank this board at times, there is a part of me that listens to the other side, any person with any sense would. But thanks to HPC I have partly lost my empathy for those that will get well and truly shafted, some people just will not listen if they get one idea in their heads, they deserve what's coming and I will even take joy in it with some. I watched a great play once about a poker game in London with the guy that played Trig in only fools and horses, brilliant. There was one saying that I always remembered, never fall in love with a hand. That is exactly what Hamish, Joeskeppi(50 year old virgin), wotsthat, sibley and several other idiots have done, probably preaching that very message this minute as they are never off that board.
I don't think it is just a lack of financial intelligence, though it plays a big part, I think too many of them to use a Poker expression again have gone All In, they have just cancelled out the chance of a property crash because it is to scary a prospect for most of them.

The main point is that they feel the need to hedge their bets with headlines like this, Joe public doesn`t have your Freudian hang ups about "HPC memes" etc. They just read "Property Crash". The MSM needs to consider the increasing possibility of a full blown HPC or look totally out of touch, hence little "hedging" articles like this. As I said many times, phrases that would only have been written by HPC posters a few years ago are regularly all over the MSM, that has to have a drip drip effect on sentiment.0 -

Yeah I know. I'm only 34! I do hope my daughter is mine though. Foxy likes to rant about us over there too.
I'm not really sure what I have coming either. As I've said elsewhere, I've already seen one property crash, and I will most definitely see many more during my lifetime. The HPC plonkers seem to think I should be selling up and uprooting my family around every time it happens. Crazy. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
