My firm belief is that homeownership is not for everybody. You can take a horse to water but you can't make it buy a dream starter home. Homeowners are cut from a very different cloth. They are the ones who knuckle down and get on with their lives. No matter what. They are happy individuals not scared of responsibility nor hard work. The renter class is a completely different beast. One not adverse to shirking their dues.0
