  • My firm belief is that homeownership is not for everybody. You can take a horse to water but you can't make it buy a dream starter home. Homeowners are cut from a very different cloth. They are the ones who knuckle down and get on with their lives. No matter what. They are happy individuals not scared of responsibility nor hard work. The renter class is a completely different beast. One not adverse to shirking their dues.

    Don't laugh too hard.

Those that bought in Aberdeen will have secured their family possibly a freehold property for ever and ever after 25 years and that family will be much better off than those that rented, like you.
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

Who is that? You need to find a forum where the kind of people you can win your argument with are.

Keep taking the tablets mate, many will be wishing they never heard of Aberdeen, not digging in for the next 25 years.

So you think those "buying" in Aberdeen in the last 12 months made a smart decision?

What is your Angus beef with Aberdeen? You do know that when people purchase a property they do so to live in and not as an investment vehicle? Besides you only make a loss once you sell for less than you bought. So who gives a stiff if the price drops for 12 months. They will be living in the place a whole life time.

No I'm just wondering what relevance it has to anyone here. You need to let Aberdeen go.
