Count danny of Nowhere has finally conceded that Northampton achieved prices are now well above their previous 2007 high and rising rapidly.

Poor old Danny.
He's missing all the key indicators - are people in the local Toby Carvery trading up from Chicken in a Basket to Surf 'n' Turf? Are they having a sweet as well as a coffee? If so then we are clearly into
CRAZY
BUBBLE
MELTDOWN
IMMINENT
territory.
I feel I'm starting to master the posting style.
Tough to keep an eye on all this from France of course.0 -
On a side note in wondering if HPC goon centrals Bruce Spanner has either died or bought. I monitor that site closely and not seen him post for a long time.0

This is a good one...

Some nobody being interviewed by the discredited Moneyweek comic.
At least brit1234 now has a bit of company with his ludicrous predictions of 50% drop by Christmas0 -

Here's another good one:

Apparently without embarrassment, the OP resurrects a post by "eric pebbles" from 2004 containing gems such as
"over the last 10-18 months they have sold ALL OF THEM OFF!! The senior guy has seen it and done it ALL before - and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing - and he has made MILLIONS AND MILLIONS - he is a total expert - he saw the fall coming over 18 months ago, "
(note the CAPITALS!!!!), and
"ALL FTB's JUST NEED TO TELL THEIR MATES/COLLEGE FRIENDS ETC. - LOOK AT HPC - ALL GET TOGETHER VIA TEXT/EMAIL/THE WEB ETC. - AND SIMPLY LOOK AT WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON!!!! IT IS A PYRAMID SELLING SCAM!!! THE BIGGEST EVER!!! -- DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE LEAD LIKE LAMBS TO THE SLAUGHTER!! JUST SAY NO!!! WE WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF! "
Let's hope nobody took that advice 12 years ago, they'll be pǝɹǝƃƃnq now if they did.
What is funny is that an HPC poster 12 years ago was citing anecdote of some mug he knew who was supposedly in the know but piling out of property (good call there, not). This was surefire proof that it was all a fix by the "VI"s, and about to crash in 2004. Today some HPC poster is dredging this up to talk about how it's all a fix by the VIs, and presumably sure to crash in 2016.0 -

The infamous HPC goon graph is back out and getting an airing today by goon-in-chief:

The goon who drew up that chart really should be shot for crimes against misinformation.0
