Debate House Prices

Over the course of a home owning lifetime you will see multiple crashes, I never see what's so exciting about the "next" one.

Every where is a bear site these days apart from the nutters on 118 and you handful. And have you logged off since last night? Honestly, for your own well being just walk away from it for a few days or even hours. Try and see the other side to the argument rather than abusing people on here on a daily basis.

There is not a media outlet out there that cannot see the damage that is being done by rampant house prices, and I have a suspicion it is going to be soon addressed.

Unlike HPC we allow debate over here, what's your handle on there ?

I dont expect that he has the spine to answer this simple request.
  • It doesn't exactly bespeak a lot of confidence in the house view among the crazies of HPC that they ban anyone who disagrees with them. If they're that unsure of themselves - which after 13 years of being wrong they should be - it rather says they don't believe it either.

House prices will go up, down or sideways and the page views I generate here (or on HPC when I go for a chortle) aren't an indicator of what will happen in any way whatsoever.

What surprises me is you want prices to fall for the good of other people so you're obviously a nice chap but you're so very rude and angry at the same time. You didn't sell up based on your suspicion there would be a crash did you?

There comes a point in home ownership where house prices become less important because you get chunk of mortgage paid off, your career moves on, wealth increases and becomes more diverse so, like me, you don't much care anymore what house prices do - it's all gravy and so much more relaxing than being a perma angry house hunter.

    So laughable

Yes I am a nice guy

The reason I changed my posting style is because of you, you are one of the rudest posters on here along with being the worst kind of Bully, the type that takes comfort in numbers.

I have just changed my posting style to adapt to the rest of the posters on here, but I am willing to go back to politeness if it is given back, like i started out.

P.S For the DH's I have never had an account with HPC , really, but that means nothing to you guys and your fantasy world

Mr pizza, post over there that the rental sector grew last year by 440,000 units and only about 100,000 BTL mortgages were issued. ruffle their feathers a bit maybe they can try to work out what that might mean for a hpc or not

My House goes on the market on Monday, and it'll be interesting to see how long it takes to sell. Judging by the last two sold in this road - not long, and above asking price i.e. offers over.

That is interesting, Trev, if you don't mind me asking, what are you up to? I hope that it works out well for you.
