As you must have been told many many times it's not the size that matters.0 -

Must be bad times waking up to realise that you've wasted all your own hard earned cash simply paying off your landlords mortgage for them. Very honourable. But pure madness.
After reading so much about HPC on this website I have now taken a look.
I mean this not as a dig and say this with total sincerity, but that site is way and above the analysis of this board. You are kidding yourselves that they are a bunch of uneducated nutters just wanting the worst for people.
I never come across any unreasonable malice, and the one dislike that seem to be a recurring theme on HPC seems to be BTL which is directed more at the policies rather than the people.
I have crossed referenced using the internet a number of charts that have appeared on there, money charts, world GDP, various trends and much more that I found very interesting, much of it way above my head.
The most weirdest thing is that they do not seem to be banging out predictions of a negative house price crash like the dozen regulars on here keep saying, far from it.
Just my thoughts and of course the dozen regulars on here who have a beef with HPC for whatever reason are IMO way out of their league compared to the thousands that seem to use that site, there seems to be just a endless threads of abuse repeating the same "it will crash" or "it wont crash" rubbish on here.0 -

Dont feel like a crash to me:

Awww!!!
The OP is an interesting fish: a low end "recruitment consultant" from Northampton who has a visceral hatred of Estate Agents.
This image sprang to mind:
The OP is precisely in the position of a prison inmate, jailed for beating up and robbing old ladies, who hates them nonces what messes wiv da kids. Both need there to be someone despised more than themselves. Recruiting others helps the fantasy.

Probably because some of them were very distasteful and not really fitting with polite economic discussion? We can discuss how people may or may not be incorrect without being horrible little human beings about it.0 -
