Well I hope you haven't ordered because mine came today and I am usually a 6 and I ordered 5.5 and they fit absolutley fine! So the 6.5 should be ok for you.

Now.... I also need a bit of advice please from all you Ugg experts myself!
My Cardys which arrived today are lovely but they have some small pulls in the knit which is visible when the boots are folded down, which is mainly the way I will wear them.

Would anyone agree I should ask the company to replace them or is this quite normal with Cardys? I am wondering if I get another pair will they just also have tiny pulls in them anyway..

I considered cutting them off but worried that in the long term it might cause problems in the stitching and for £85 I really would expect perfection especially from Ugg Australia :o

Well I am normally a 7 and have ordered the 6.5 so hope thats right.

Which site did you get you cardys from? I ordered some cardys last night from Shudoo for £85.50 and am now worried they will have the same problem as yours.

Yeah I bought mine from Shudoo, dont worry its probably just my luck! (I bought some Emu's last year and the Suede had dark faded patches on so I think I am just cursed! lol)

The good thing is that Shudoo do free returns and exchanges so at least thats a bit of peace of mind :)

I am now in two minds about sending them back.... after trying them out with tights and a skirt I realise they dont do my calves any justice folded down at all!

Buttoned them up and I much prefer them that way! There are only a few pulls on the inside of the boots so you can only see them when they are folded down anyways.

Plus I just read Shudoo returns policy and the return is free but unless you pay for recorded delivery (and its a fairly big box!) then they will only refund upto £39 if the package goes missing in the post.. which I know is not likely but I am too paranoid..

Also do you think if you return but get an exhange they would poss decline Quidco payment? Thats about £5 so a nice extra little saving off the discount we already got!

    Hi Leanne
My Emu Lo Brontes are approx 25cm tall.
I got mine from www.uggbootshop.co.uk and I can highly reccomend their site.
    Hope this helps.

Thanks very much :) I will take a look and probably will get some then if they are that height! (Just measured how far up my leg they will go to get a good idea how they would look)

I have a pair of Hi Brontes so I know I will like the fit and material.

I am again having problems with zuccionline. I ordered some UGGs two weeks ago on Wednesday.
After a week of ordering (last Wednesday) I decided to ask for the tracking code for my package since I had not received the boots. Well, I received an auto-respond message saying that one of the pairs I had ordered was now out of stock and they had refunded my account. Another week later I still haven't received the refund, the rest of the boots I ordered, nor have I got any responses for emails I have sent.
I am a patient person but this is getting ridicilous...

A fair few of us have had problems with Zuzzionline.

I can assure you that THEY ARE NOT fakes.
I have bought two pairs off there, and they are both genuine EMU boots.
I think you are getting confused with the Uggs Australia brand, which is owned by Deckers USA.
Ugg refers to the specific type of boot, and Emu is another high quality brand of them.
