I wore my black short classic uggs in the snow and now I have white marks over the front. How can I get these off? Can I put them in the wash does anybody know? Thanks

a suede brush gets them off , i have them on mine too and now they have faded into the bargain , u can wash them but they will fade but u could always dye them black again :T
  • Hi guys,
Was wondering is anyone had any experience of the Redfoot Zippyboots? Any idea on sizing or where to buy them from. I thought they would save me money as you can wear them as either short or long boots!
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks in advance S-J ;)
  • I would be grateful to know if anyone has purchased Ugg Boots from ugg boots australiauk.com . I recently purchased a pair and I think they are fake, especially as on the label on the back of the boots australia is spelt wrong (spelt Austraiia). I did e-mail dockers as per a previous thread suggested to find out if they are authorised to sell Uggs and they are not. Would be grateful to find out if anyone else has bought from this site and their view - thanks

    I've been Money Tipped!
Only www.uggaustralia.com is official. Any other site that has ugg anywhere in the title sells fakes only. There are many other sites that sell official Uggs, but ONLY the one mentioned above uses ugg in the title.

Sorry if that was a bit repetitive

    Ok. Kepp me posted please!

    Also see Surfbabe's post above.
I'm somewhat more confused now...! I emailed Shudoo yesterday to ask if they'd received my returned boots.

This morning I got an email timed at 10.05 saying unfortunately there was no record of them having received my return, and to contact Royal Mail about this.

Exactly 4 minutes later, a second email came through saying they had recently processed my return, detailing order no. and item, and the amount had been credited back to my card.

So I emailed them telling them the content of the two emails, and asked if I could now assume the return had gone through ok.

    No response as yet...
  • I recently bought a pair of Ugg Bailey Button Boots & to be honest i'm not impressed with the thin looking Sheepskin!
I've compared the Sheepskin to my Classic Uggs and the Classics' Sheepskin is a lot thicker.

I bought them from a reputable Ugg retailer, so they're not fake. And my sister also bought a pair of Baileys from Shudoo and said the same thing!

I think i'll stick to buying Ugg Classics in future.

    Hmmmmm, very strange!

Must say, my heart sank when I read the first part of your post!

I haven't heard anything from them but then I haven't attempted to make contact with them as yet.

Thanks for that and there's me desperate for a pair of BB's. Perhaps I should look at others now then. Just sending my Cardy's back as though as too large just when I thought they were too small I realise they slip at the back!

I like the Emu Aryre Chestnut and Paddington High boots..........decisions now!

Does anyone know what the refund procedure is with Shudoo? I returned a pair of Cardy Uggs last Monday 4th January and, in line with Shudoo's advice, re ordered the replacement pair at the same time.

They had no cardy Uggs left in stock of the size/colour I wanted (they were a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law) so I had to order Bailey Button Uggs which were more expensive.

Shudoo's website has a section in which you can check your orders, but there's no mention of how to check whether your returned item has been received by them.

They have said they'll email me when they have processed the return. Is it best to just wait till they do email, or does anything show up when you check your orders on the website?

I'm keeping an eye on my credit card balance, but the statement isn't due for a while as I've just made a payment.

    Thanks.

I also returned two pairs of Jumbuck boots on the 4th January - bought in the 2 for one offer. I have a proof of postage certificate from the PO. Since then I have heard nothing. I called yesterday, but was told that nothing had been processed yet and they could not confirm if they had received them back.

I returned a pair of BB to Cloggs on Dec 30th and they haven't been received yet either. I have proof of posting but they won't replace until 21 days have passed
