Little warning about austrailiadirect.com. I know some people like this site bit wanted to give you my experience. Yesterday I ordered two pairs of short boots from there stock liquidation, showed up as 2 pairs left. This morning I got an email stating they were out of stock, which is annoying when it shows on the website as in stock! So I wasn't too please and sent an email back suggesting they update more often. I then got a reply saying that for the amount I had been charged!! I could have one pair of high(note I wanted short) and one short(but in a diff colour) emus if I wanted, I said no, please make sure my card isn't charged and I got a reply saying it was yesterday!

So just be warned that they may charge you When you order if your boots are in stock or not. Just not very good customer service.

I've now ordered some Canterbury short oxfords from hartings.com. Fingers crossed this order works out.

Good job I have enough money in my account! Lol

I have seen a lot of people wearing what look like Ugg boots in the snow. Are they waterproof and stainproof because I once had sheepskin boots and they got terrible marks on them from the salt and grit.

I have worn mine in the snow before (last year) and washed them with shoe suede cleaner. The salt and grit marks came off fine. The colour faded a little bit on the back ankle supported bit but it just makes them look worn in tbh and I don't mind a bit. I did once try dyeing them but it meant my feet were grey/black every time it rained!

Uggs are not waterproof btw! but you can apply a waterproofing spray which does help - you just need to remember to keep re-applying it every now and then to keep up the warer resistance. (A spray will never make them fully waterproof, not for the floods and mega puddles we get here in the UK, a spray will just make them water resistant)

It was an offer before Xmas - now finished.. I ordered 2 pairs of Jumbuck classic shorts for a total of £100. However, the difference in quality to the UGG was really noticeable, which is why they were returned. Probably would have been better selling them on ebay.

Hi, im looking for a pair of tall ugg boots. after reading this website not sure where to buy from. i cant afford the £190 from ugg. i have found a few website offering then at £63.99.

Can anyone tell me where to find a cheap pair of real uggs???

Hi - Having agonsied for ages I have just ordered emus from uggbootshop dot co dot uk - they have a good clearance section and their other prices are reasonable - not received them yet but the reviews on the site are excellent! Will post an update when they arrive!

I've just ordered some emus rom uggbootshop and there is a size guide on there - I am normally a size 7 and ordered a size 6; they were selling them in Russell & Bromley and I asked about sizing in there and they said the same. Hope that helps!

If you want Deckers ie UGG Australia- you will not get them cheap. 20% off RRP max unless they are on sale. Any cheaper and they are likely to be fake. But if you want what the Aussie's call Uggs which is any kind of sheepskin boot (Justsheepkin, Emu, Jumbuck, LFA etc) then it's worth shopping around. This thread mentions lots of sites- shudoo, coggles, lfa bargain basement, daniel footwear etc.
