  • I officialy hate UGG Australia. I bought a pair off ebay- they were genuine but too small so bought a bigger pair but when they arrived they were too small but that's due to them being fake. Buyer was understanding though as they genuinely thought they were real and I sent them back for a refund. Thought I would try again and bought a pair from someone who "got them for xmas but didn't that kind of UGG"- also fake. Opened dispute and luckily got my money back. I decided I want nothing to do with Deckers after this nightmare and I listed the real pair I received even though after reading this thread I now know UGGs tend to give and they will probably fit, only to have the listing removed for the item supposedly being fake! I give up.
    I've ordered a pair of LFA Cozi's from shudoo instead and I shall grudgingly keep an wear the original UGGs.
    Moral of the story- if you want Deckers UGGs steer well clear of ebay. Totally rife with fakes from people who genuinely believe they are selling the real deal to those who know perfectly well they are not.

    Yes, I sent mine back on the 4th too. Have you heard anything yet? I'd have thought they would have processed the return by now...

    the majority of sellers selling uggs on ebay know theyre fakes , they get them cheap so obv theyre fakes and they know that ! :mad: I have had the same experience with fakes on ebay and lost quite a bit of money on postage , return postage with no uggs at the end of it , so now I just use Shudoo , i know they cost more than on ebay but u KNOW u are getting the real deal !

    Not heard a peep.

    I know someone on here said that they had their refund within a week, but this is what thay say on the site;

    Administration of your return
    Returns are normally administered within 14 days, although customers should allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed, particularly at busy periods. Please note, refunds can take up to 6 days to appear on your bank/credit card statement.

    I wore my black short classic uggs in the snow and now I have white marks over the front. How can I get these off? Can I put them in the wash does anybody know? Thanks

    I emailed Shudoo this afternoon to ask them to check if they'd had my returned boots, but they haven't responded as yet.
  • Went in Daniel Footwear today at the Designer Outlet in York, they had lots of LFA they are so nice especially the cupids bow ones really good quality the pictures dont do them justice, they also had Argle Uggs reduced to £70, I need them all but I am on maternity pay and its rubbish! Just a note to say I sent some boots back to Shudoo around the 27th Dec and received an email today about the refund so everyone on here who is waiting theirs should be due very soon, I was starting to get worried to as didnt hear anything either.
