it might be worth emailing / calling them tomorrow to see if they can change it (assuming they have 5s in stock!) .. I placed an order Friday night and I haven't had shipment notification yet.

in fact, I've tried logging in but can't, and when I try leaving the password blank for it to send you a reminder, it's not ... am now worrying I won't be getting my boots! eek!

thanx nixxy... i got them fron urban ugg i realised they were,nt ugg australia as ive have those but still sheepskin and i thought i would save a bit but still for the price i paid i,d expect the sole to be attatched?? i ve learnt my lesson now and il stick to who i know. im now in the process of complainin but not too easy as they just keep askin for photos of the boot , then say its not clear enough .... i was just wanderin if anyone else have bought boots from this site.

I got my gf a pair from www.uggstore.com.au it has good reviews from people anyway they arrived had to pay £20 customs as well and they are not real as her sister has a pair from New York and the labels etc are different and dont come in the box that the Uggs do. I know the deal with the UGG the brand etc but I did think they were real as I paid over £100 for them Ive emailed uggaustralia with the websitre to see what they say, not sure if anyone has dealt with them?
The reason used this site is had good reviews and also had the tall cardy boots that my gf wnated as cant get them from anywhere

I bought slippers in january for myself and hubby.They sent me the wrong size.I have emailed them 5 times and they have not even replied to them.I am now left with slippers that dont fit...So dont deal with this austrialian company....sorry its www.uggbootsforall.com

Thanks so much for this I ordered Sunday night and received my boots this morn for £109! They had sold out of almost every size and colour but luckily had my size (UK6) in short sand.

BTW in shoes I take a 7 or and 8 and the W8/UK6 ugg boots fit me perfectly without socks atm brand new, plus they stretch a bit once you've worn them.

Guys- just to mention, if a url has "ugg" in the title, unless its from THE genuine Ugg Austrailia site (probably the most expensive place you will buy Uggs) its more then likely to be fake.

If anyone knows otherwise, please tell me I am wrong, but Uggstore, Uggboots uggsrus.....all gonna be fakes. Just don't even go there!

You are right jenniewb, I emailed ugg with a couple of website names to ask if they were genuine and they said exactly that, that they are the only ones who are allowed to use "ugg" in the url, anything else using ugg is fake.

Got my cardi uggs last week from cloggs, they're my birthday present

Hi, my Mum is in Australia and then going to New Zealand, she has been asked by four members of the family to buy them Ugg boots! Apart from the Deckers Uggs, are there any other brands she should look out for or avoid? i think I read about Hartings, or Canterbury? Does anyone know? Family aren't worried about brand names just want the best possible quality sheepskin boots to keep our tootsies warm! I have a pair of original Uggs and love them, but not bothered if I get a different make.
