Has anyone bought ugg boots from http://www.snugaustralia.com ? I'm after the tall ugg boots with the cardy socks in black. Just wondering about delivery times, customer service, customs charges and most importantly, the quality of these boots. Also cant work out what material the soles of these boots are. Need Help!

hi everyone - does anyone know where I can get cheap Ugg slippers? also I am quite fancying an Ugg handbag so any ideas? I dont want to go through ebay as can never be sure that they are real so just wondered if anyone had bought any slippers or handbags and if so, where from?

hi i was just browsing and found this forum... i already have a pair of lovely ugg boots, had them for 3 yrs. fancied black ones this year so ordered from urbanugg australia. i must say i might as well have bought a pair of bargain £5 boots from my local market! the heel is coming away from the sole and i havent wore them yet.i paid £80 plus £19.50 custom charges. i have sent them a picture and asked for a refund just waitin for a reply...thought id be safe as i went through paypal reccomended site....not happy!!! anyone else bought from this site?
