I ordered a pair of cardys and a pair of classic tall chesnuts from mandm and they arrived this morning. Such thick pile compared to my bearpaws! I am utterly in love however I mistakenly thought a size 9 would be fine for my size 8 feet and they are too big :( I should have read through the 300 pages to see that I am meant to order a size smaller lol.
What are returns like with mandm?
Where can I get a pair of decent sheepskin, not necessarily the uGg brand in the shop as I am running out of time I need them by.

Emus tend to be ok- also jonglers (or something beginning with J!) on the shudoo site, emus you can pick up in many places but asos also sell them, these tend to be cheaper and from what others have posted, just as good in terms of quality so could be worth a try?

Not sure abput exactly how the sizing works but jonglers are actually made by shudoo so its worth asking them if you would like measurements to check.

What does everyone use for cleaning/protecting their Uggs?

The official kits seems pricey - £26 and my Uggs were only £74!

Depends on where you buy it- don't think its that much everywhere, have you tried shudoo?
    http://www.shudoo.co.uk/product/ugg-australia/ugg-for-women/ugg-care-kit/

not that much of a difference (£22) but goes to show if you do keep looking there may be something cheaper- keep looking!

Personally I went to a key-cutters (those people that cut keys and deal with shoe heels and etc). I bought a suede cleaner and 2 brushes to scrub and buff with, but set me back a whopping £15! which I think is alot, but I didn't know of the Ugg cleaning kit back then and would have gotten that as you seem to get more for your money.
Also ( ) saw similar suede cleaning stuff in my local supermarket (Tescos but they all seem to sell this) the suede cleaner was around £3.50, proper branded stuff, not a "market value" thing, and brushes were around £3 a pack- much cheaper and would have done the exact same thing!
  • i just bought protector from clarks and my boots seem fine :)
    THANK MEEE:j

.. Hi - just to say you are right - it does start with "J" but just to clarify - I thnk you need to look at "Jumbucks" - these are the Shudoo own brand for Ugg boots.. look quite nice and if you look back couple pages - folks have liked the Braided pairs.. but a personal preference really.. HTH

Guys- just to mention, if a url has "ugg" in the title, unless its from THE genuine Ugg Austrailia site (probably the most expensive place you will buy Uggs) its more then likely to be fake.

If anyone knows otherwise, please tell me I am wrong, but Uggstore, Uggboots uggsrus.....all gonna be fakes. Just don't even go there!
Jennieb , your quite right. That is a fake website, so no suprise they haven't responded.

Jaromi - See this website for more info on fake uggs.

    FAKE!
    I wouldn't use that site.

As posted a page back, Ugg Australia have confirmed that they are the only company who can use the word UGG in their URL.

It they look to good to be true then they always are!

    HTH
  • just wqnt to make sure that I am in my rights to return the uggs but the thing is I need an email of instructions from them they say before I return them but no reply yet and only get 21 days to send them back to Australia! help
