I've just tried Shudoo also. I just get the message that the wesite can't be found.

Hope they haven't gone bust!! If they have it will totally invalidate anyone's right to return any boots that are faulty/unsuitable/wrong size etc.

I was going to order more boots but will have to wait and see now.

“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”
  • The point to all of this is that Ugg is a Generic term, lots of boots are Ugg Boots but there is a brand called Ugg Australia and these are the ones that cost the money - they can say they are Australian Uggs and this is why people get confused. This is how people get ripped off because of the confusion and this is how people arte able to get away with selling fakes. If the buyer has bought Ugg boots and they have Ugg style boots then they have not been defrauded. The cheap £5 boots you find on the market, they are Ugg boots so can be sold as such.

There are a lot of scammers out there and this is why this thread exists.

If you have paid by Paypal then get a 'dipsute' going now and get your money back.

I've tried to look for the link but cannot find anything on that site.

It has been said before IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS. The only way to get these boots cheaper is buy using a discount code. If you find these being sold at less than the RRP then they are fakes - I've only seen them being sold cheap in one place and that is ASOS but that was season colours on special offer, not the classics. However, you can get them cheaper by using a discount code or by, possibly, shopping overseas (depending on the rate!).

i opened a paypal dispute against bloomin direct and actually won the dispute as the ugg boots did not arrive. bloomin direct did not respond to the enquiry which is why i guess i won. however i could not receive a refund as ("how convienient") bloomin direct have no funds in their paypal account so it looks like they have got away with it yet again. i cant believe paypal allow this company to be part of them when it clearly has happened to lots of people. please contact paypal and stress how it has happended yet again. i will not be giveing up. my friend received her boots but guess what.....they are 100% fake not even sheepskin so this will also be reported to trading standards
  • Although you paid with paypal did your payment come from your credit card? if so could the payment not be gotton back that way?
  • be careful with sending them back i feel that they may not refund once they have recieved them back and then you will have nothing. this company have been very difficult to get hold of ensure you pay the extra to have them insured and send via recorded delivery too

my bank account i think as therer was already 80 pound in my paypal account from a refund of an ebay item that did not arrive. i will contact my bank as well as the original payment came form them but i doubt i will get far..
  • I was going to send mine back tomorrow..........now i'm wondering if it's even worth doing that? i'd have to pay the postage so would be shelling out even more money.

Bloomin direct said they were UGGS australia and even had the correct logos displayed on the website.

I'm sure most of us know the difference by now

they also included a little booklet which on the back quotes "deckers corp" which is a total lie as they are most def not ugg australia, a lovely photocopied book.

I ordered some Uggs from www.bloomindirect, a manchester based company who sent a magazine through the post, and had classic Shorts for £65. Having checked all the T&Cs, and the logos on the pictures, I was quietly confident that they would be the real deal. I ordered them on the 19th November, and theyre still not here. Ive emailed, to which I recieved an Auto-responder saying not to worry, they'll be with you before Christmas. Ive rung up several times, to be greeted by an automatic answerphone, whos response changes almost daily, yet says that they are having difficulties with their phone sytem. The latest was that the phones would be down till Wednesday (24th Dec!!) and then it changed today, back to the "sorry were closed, our office hours are..." So I looked into it. I ran them through a Credit check, they have only being trading for 2 1/2 years, and in november got slapped with a £17k CCJ, There credit ratings gone south, and nobodys answering calls. Im quite concerned that Ill never get my order now, nevermind before christmas. Please be wary of this company. If you have had these problems, please let me know. What really infuriates me the most though is there level of liability. Companies like this can ruin Christmas for hundreds of people with no penalty. The promise delivery, but until they charge your card, your at their mercy. If your not busy giving the banks a hard time this christmas Martin, please do your best with these guys!! My girlfriend will be gutted tomorow, when I have to tell her she hasnt got any boots. Shes been waiting all year to get these.
    *****DONT BUY FROM BLOOMINDIRECT.COM*****
