If you think of the sheepskin as worn by the sheep (I know it doesn't sound nice) but that is what is being referred to when twin faced is mentioned.
Not two seperate layers stuck/sewn together.
Obviously the sheepskin has various treatments prior to being made into the boots.
I was not sure about when I first started looking into to the ugg boot, but I have been doing a lot of reading up on the subject.

The classic short Ugg boots for my daughter - in - law's Christmas present have just arrived, you wouldn't expect them to be delivered at nearly 7pm!!

They seem fine, and hopefully she and my daughter will be pleased with them.

You couldn't fault Shudoo for their delivery arrangements. I only ordered late on Wednesday and their 20% code makes the boots more affordable.

Hi CaitlinsNanna, it may be worth doing some window shopping in NZ, they seem to also have some locally made high standard products too. Would be interested to hear what you find - although I haven't ordered any from outside UK this year, it's purely because I have had such problems with fit that I am reluctant to have to pay return postage to Oz/NZ - but I am sorely tempted, especially as one of the companies, NZ Nature has a 20% discount at the moment and I have received a pair of insoles from them (much cheaper than buying original UggAustralia, nuch as I would have liked too) and they are really plush, probably even more so than the removable ones I have in a pair of my Ugg Australia boots.

You may find this site helpful, it has links to Australian sites that manufacture and or sell genuine Australian Uggs (it's not a commercial site like some, as you will see if you log on)
