HTH. Cage, I posted a link last night to an eBay sellers (about 10 posts back) she has the short classic for £45 and £14 postage. That is the best price I've seen. They have all colours it seems and she is genuine, she has emailed me and gets them direct from Deckers. HTH.

Becky Well i thought i havd got away with customs charges as fedex delivered mine from cozyboots with no notice of charges until 2 weeks later i get a charge for £20 not to bothered thought cause it has still saved my £30 on UK prices

Because kids boots in the US only cost $90. That is about £45 at the moment. The people that p*** me off are the US based sellers who have doubled their prices and are charging £99 for a pair of £45 boots. Go into a deprtment store over there and you'll pay $90, over here they are £90!! Ladies short classics are $120 in the US and over here they are £120. Classic Tall kids are $120 - over here £120 or ladies $160 - over here anything between £160 and £200. They don;t call us Rip Off Britain for nothing!!

The thing is, on the kids boots although we are paying £45, the shipping charges are also £30, customs £20, pushes the prices right up again. I think it is only going to work if you are buying ladies or can find a buyer who is going to mark a low value on the package (which Cozyboots and REI are tending not to do).

That seller emailed me and she is doing the shipping for £14 which is a saving of £20 on the shipping from the bigger companies right away. I'd say she values her repuatation as a seller way too much to sell fakes, have a look at the rest of the stuff she sells and check her feedback. It's a bit different to someone selling only uggs. She isn't, she clearly sells loads of designer gear. Mail her if you can't find your size and then when she gets them ask if you can have them.

I am not sure on anyone elses opinion of this but I would recommend that you get the same US Size in the kids boots though, I've have to get a US 3 and I am a UK 3. If your wife is a UK 4 then I'd get a US4 in the short classic. That is the mistake I mad the first time around, I am not sure if anyone else has the same opinion.

Cage, yes, I've got the boots, I collected them from the depot today. Will have to wait for the customs to come though so no probs of you get a pair somewhere else in the mean time. Sorry for messing you around! That e-bay seller sounds good that blue monkey mentioned!

I've tried one on and they actually fit, lol, how bizarre but I've also ordered some US6s which are on there way and will probably be a better fit! They do stretch though so not sure now! Guess I should have waited! The sizing is so strange!

Becky, its getting ever closer to xmas and I dont want to leave it too late. If that ebayer cant get the size I want I'll do a deal with you right away. Lets say you send the boots to me for the price you paid, and in 2 weeks if you get a nasty surprise with customs I'll pick that tab up too. If that sounds fine then we have a deal, but lets see what this ebayer says first.

Becky are you wearing them barefoot?? It might sound strange but do not wear socks with them, they are supposed to be snug and if they are loose, once they loosen up they'll slip off more, once you are barefoot they will slip more, they are so comfy without socks and I wore them for hours traising around DLP, I was in them for about 15 hours a day. Oh they were heaven to wear, LOL, but definately no socks. Roll on the postie tomorrow, I should get the chocolate ones I won off eBay!!
