  • Becky are you wearing them barefoot?? It might sound strange but do not wear socks with them, they are supposed to be snug and if they are loose, once they loosen up they'll slip off more, once you are barefoot they will slip more, they are so comfy without socks and I wore them for hours traising around DLP, I was in them for about 15 hours a day. Oh they were heaven to wear, LOL, but definately no socks. Roll on the postie tomorrow, I should get the chocolate ones I won off eBay!!

Yep, I've been wearing my choc US6s and upsides barefoot, i tried the 5s on with socks in case i sell them on, they're not tight by any means, but obviously tighter than the others. my chocs have stretched though. Not sure what to do now, I was surprised that they fit me.

I know what you mean I bought some size 1's and they did fit me but I think they were going to be too small so I decided to stick to the size 2's as I know they feel great. Get the others, try them on and see how you feel. That'll be the best way. Glad it is not just me who has spent too much money on them. The question is.... do I really need another pair of tall uggs..... I was not sure about the short ones and everyone else has the long ones but I really like how they look. I am quite short so maybe that makes a difference. So I'll be pondering that over the weekend!! xx

    Looks good to me

So let me get this right. Kids size I should get a US4, and if womens size I should get a US5. My better half doesnt have very wide feet so I'm thinking the kids narrower boot might be a better idea but I dont like it being 1" shorter than the womans. God I'm worse than a woman at shopping, no offense ladies. :o

Cage, get another opinion as well but for me, I found I had to get a UK 2 and I am usually a size 3 and this was in the kids boot. To be honest, I can;t imagine wearing the long ones all day but the short I was in from the moment I got up until i went to bed!! It depends on how tall your OH is, if she is 6'5" then it'll make a lot of difference, if she is a 5' 2" then they will look just fine. it does of course depend on whether she wants to wear then turned over. I don't. LOL I bet you are more than confused now!! Get another couple of opinions on it though first. Night night.

Just bought the ugg's in womens size 5, uk 3. That should be the correct size. also got the ugg cleaner and water repellent. £120 delivered all in and no customs. I'm happy enough with that.

I must say that the storm waterproofer is well worth the extra pennies.I've had my Uggs from aussiedirect for a couple of months now and they haven't left my feet and considering I'm usually a converse wearer even in winter it's just nice to have warm dry feet.I went down the beach in them the other day and with the storm waterproofer on them they stayed clean and dry.The only thing that's slightly annoying about my boots is they still dye my feet black and with the party season coming up it's not attractive.I haven't read this thread for a little while and I know that others were having the same issue with their AD boots. To be honest for the price I paid for them though I'm not all that bothered.I'm just happy to have warm, dry feet!

Glad you got that sorted, I'm really sorry if I seemed to mess you around, that wasn't my intention, I promise. I'll get one pair of mine on e-bay, shouldn't have a problem shifting them lol, unless I have 2 paid of short sand....NO!! LOL

Personally I would go for the US5. I take either a 4.5 or a 5 in the UK and both the US6 and 5 fit me, so the 5s should be great.
