Are these fake?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150188193761&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:GB:1123
the seller has no feeback or other items for sale, even though they advise emailing for different sizes, i stuck a bid in before id read any of these pages, wont pay if they are not genuine. it does have the ® symbol written after ugg???DO NOT BUY FROM THIS EBAYER!!!!!!!!
It's my gut instinct that someone has hijacked this account to sell UGG boots that simply don't exist, just to try cash in on the recent UGG madnes!!!!
This account hasn't been active since 2005 and has only this one listing, but is also offering a number of sizes within that listing. Smacks to me of a huge con “You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I cant believe the fake boots going for over £100 on ebay! The sellers have private bidders list too so you cant even warn the buyers.0

I would be AMAZED if ANY Uggs on Ebay were real!
Well that is it though and those comments will put people off. I bought mine from cosyboots and they were too big so what else can I do with them? Spend £25 on sending them back or stick them on eBay? So now I have mine on eBay and they are real. I've put a note saying I have all the paperwork to show where they are bought from and how much I was charged and the buyer can happily have that t show they are not being ripped off, I just want to recoup what I paid for them.
I bought a pair on eBay tonight and I've paid £87 for for the short choc. The buyer had bought them from alamo shoes in the US (checked on their buyers feedback, LOL) and they sell the real mccoy but if they are not (they have the fabric made in china label she told me) then I will do the Paypal 'not as described' thingy and accept being out of pocket.
The thing is, I think you CAN buy them on eBay but look out for people who have new accounts, low or poor feedback. I have feedback of over 11,000 and in all my time selling I've had 7 negs - I am not about to spoil that with a pair of boots am I. If in doubt email the seller, if they are a good seller then they will reply with an answer, if they don't reply then don't buy from them. You really just have to use your common sense in all honesty. How many of us here have boots we have imported and that do not fit? how else are we going to sel them? I reckon they are the 'must have' for stockings this year and if they don't sell this week they will next as everyone gets paid tomorrow!!
It is a hard call right now. Those sellers who DO sell the legitimate ones have hiked their prices up big time - £100 for kids short classics plus £25+ postage plus the chance you might get stung for customs if you buy from the US. The boots that are available for $120 in the shops are being sold for £120 by US sellers. The thing is, people WILL pay it because they are desperate for them.
My ones from cozyboots ended up costing me £90 so I would of been better buying them here in the UK and I could have tried them on but I can't find anywhere selling the kids ones. But now everywhere is sold out and I can't get them for love nor money here in the UK. What a nightmare.
Even Ugg Australia UK have run out. They've not had any boots on their site for ages.0 -

Alamo Shoes is 100% ok, I bought my baby her Ugg Boo Boots from him, :j would recommend him but he has no Uggs left so I think you have no worries with your purchase.
I too have sold genuine boots on ebay, new and used it is hard as people see the fakes selling cheaper and think the real ones are overpriced, they dont know the lower priced ones are fake! There are a few genuine sellers but you have to be aware of what to look for.0
