My lovely Uggs are faulty!! The stitching around the top of the boot is coming undone in 3 places and I only wore them for a week!!. So here is the one 'beware' if buying them from overseas as you'll have to send them back for a refund. Luckily I got them from Cloggs however, they have none left in the size I need. They have been great though, I bought a size 1 to try but they are too small, I can get my foot in but I can see my toes moving so maybe too small so they, and the ones that are faulty, are going back and they pay the postage.

This now means I have no uggs :cry: . My poor feet are freezing. I am desperate to find some more, even if I have to get them in the UK, I called one local company today and asked they had any and she snapped 'NO' down the phone. Good grief, would not have bought them from there are after that anyway!! maybe I would of, but they didn't have any.

Anyone any ideas? They've got to be a Kids size 2 - US size 3. Please. Anyone. not too keen on chestnut but I'll take them if that is all that is going I guess.

I have some short classic black kids size US3 /UK3 here if anyone is interested, PM me!! I reckon they'll fit a 3-4 UK size. I got them from cozyboots but they are too big for me (just edited to add, these are not faulty, the ones I got to replace the ones that are too big are faulty).

ARGHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read Uggs have a 1 year guarantee so can be sent back to ugg australia, so if they are bought outside of the uk we are still covered outside of the standard shop policy, so keep all receipts everyone.

:j Taken from the ugg australia webby...

The UGG® Australia warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to UGG Australia which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

If a product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the customer.
All packages should be sent in via a trackable as UGG® Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit that consumers have sent to them.
Returns take 1 to 3 weeks to process.
• Hi all
Has any one bought any uggs from uggs-boots.co.uk they are about £99 and was wondering if they are genuine, it appers to show all the logos over their web page but that doesn't mean a great deal!

Has anyone had dealings
• Hi everyone,

Just a quick update on the boots I ordered from BootBarn:

Ordered Sunday night, Email arrived on Monday to tell me they'd be despatched in around a week, another Email on Tuesday to tell me they'd been shipped, phonecall on Tuesday night from UPS regarding import duty, tried to deliver yesterday, delivered today!

The total came to £105.53 which I'm more than happy with seen as I would've paid £170 in the Trafford Centre last Friday if I could find them in my wife's size!

The cost of the boot was $149.99 less 15% ('WESTERN' code)
Shipping was $35
Total $162.49 which converted to £80.79
Plus import duty of £24.74 which I didn't think was too bad?
Total cost £105.53

Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread!

Glad you got your boots ok - another Happy 'BootBarn' Bunny!!!! :T

Thanks ZoeBunny, I think it was one of your earlier posts that prompted me to buy from them. I've not actually seen them yet, they've been delivered today while I've been hard at work, but I'm sure they're going to be fine!

• Recieved a delivery of Boots from Snug Australia on the 16/11. They sent the wrong size, although the packing note was correct, so must have been a picking error. I have emailed them 3 times since the 16/11 and received no reply despite them quoting 48 hours response time. Now having problems with accessing their website. While there is an address for them there is no contact telephone number. The boots seemed a great buy, however it has soon become apparent that not all UGG boots are UGG boots. TAKE CARE NOT - RECOMMENDED.

Definately FAKE FAKE FAKE  genuine boots do not carry that dodgy hanging label on the left boots 1st pic. Also they look suede not sheepskin.

Do not pay any money, the sellers name er-no tell him er no thanks!

If you want any help with any give us a shout before you bid.
