    did anyone who purchased from aussie direct see the ebay guide someone posted and did their pair match up to the requirements for GENUINE uggs on there..??

    i just dont wanna spend all that money if when i get them theyr not real :(

    yeahh the same is happening with me..everytime i email them (i've tried 2 different addresses) i get a 'delivery failed' email back from hotmail....maybe too many people are emailing them and thier inbox is full..? :confused:

    I've read that you need to order a size smaller in genuine Ugg Australia boots, those of you who have them, is this true? I'm a bit worried about ordering anything other than my size without real people saying so.

    Yes they are real....If you don't like them when you receive them they will give you a refund...

    I ordered a UK 5 us 7 but my shoe size is normally a UK6...The short ones fit me lovely and are not loose
  • Pudding ...... See you have the short boots. My daughter wants a pair and her current ones are about 12" from the bottom of the heel to the top and she turns them over. I'm unsure whether to order tall or short as its difficult to see from the pictures. Could I be cheeky and ask you please to measure your aussiedirect short boots as someone measured the long ones and they are too long!! Many thanks for your help.

    hiya - just to let you know, i emailed them again and havnt gotten 'delivery failed' messages from hotmail, so im hoping for an answer by tomorrow i guess, with the time difference and everything now...will let you know what they say.
