I dont think I would order unless I was 100% sure that I wouldnt get charged for customs.. I wouldnt risk it, but thats me.

Did you order from Aussiedirect because they dont sign the declaration on the invoice so if your package gets opened by customs you will be the one who gets charged. Judging by their lack of response to emails when you have a problem i doubt they'd help if it did happen.

I just got my short sand kiwi-sheepskins from NZ today, and to be honest, I'd say they are far better quality than the UGG's I've got and for a fraction of the price!!!!

We're all just paying vast amounts of money for a bl00dy material label with UGG written on it!!!!!! - not very :money: is it :o

S0d labels, I'll be buying my boots from kiwi-sheepskin from now on :D

PS Charl_x could you please make your photos smaller as they're stretching the page and making it difficult to read. Thanks hun! :)

My daughter is delighted with her (tall sand) ones from aussiedirect.

I'm not 100% convinced they are 100% real, if they are fakes they are damn good & would fool anyone, but no fake boot is worth £93.

Shes happy with them, so I wouldn't go through the agro of returning them.

BUT if I were buying more I would buy from UGG US, the real Ugg website. With P&P its still cheaper than here & you can be 100% sure they are real.

So aussiedirect, no recomendations or more orders from me, but I'm not unhappy either.

No your statement should read one transaction including a commission charge.

Can anyone else who bought Tall Chestnut ones give any feedback?

Were they like mookie's and what is the quality like compared to the ones you buy in the store?

Thanks - looks dodgy to me as I only ordered one pair ... so why they would charge my card twice for the same transaction beggers belief....

    Have emailed them.

Just received my tall chestnut uggs from aussie direct and they are DEFINETELY NOT THE REAL DEAL!!
It's too upsetting to go into detail but the stitching is off on the label and round the top and the back feels all clicky like its plastic inside!!
also the stitiching on the heel is not perfect - I could go on. The only good thing is that the sheepskin inside and out is soft.
I have compared them to the "real" deckers ones in my local shop and they are far inferior. I have e mailed james and told him my feelings, the icing on the cake is that they have overcharged me by $10 instead of taking off the 5% because I had already received some short chestnut ones last month.
they were too snug so I gave them to my daughter when they should have fitted as I had sized myself with the "real" ones in the shop!!
I had my doubts about them being genuine then but talked myself out of my suspicions. However, these other ones are worse than the short ones and I would definitely not have paid £160.00 in the shops for them.
I am even sorry about paying £99.00 (with postage) for these "fakes"
I shan't bother sending them back as I am worried that I would lose the boots and not get a refund - you never know. Also they look okay on and match the coat that I bought them to go with.
I shall chalk it up to experience!!
    Waddle you do eh?

Thanks hun, I'm not familiar with photobucket but if it's anything like the one I use there should be an option to choose that automatically resizes the photo for web display when you upload it. Maybe someone who uses photobucket can say how it works?
