When I view an account and hover my pointer over a 'Payment' green blob the text 'Minimum payment' appears:
Presumably this is meant to indicate I made the minimum payment.
This is clearly wrong because I always pay the balance in full, which is significantly more than the minimum payment.
Hi Snow Tiger,
Thank you for using ClearScore and for getting in touch. ClearScore is a new service and we are constantly improving it. Our team is now working on the issue with the 'Minimum payment' text that you have pointed out and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Many thanks,

I have membership access accounts with Experian, Equifax and Noddle but trying to join this latest scheme was a complete nightmare. There is no phone number to ring them, just an email contact. Response to emails are fairly quick and very polite but really just to say that it's nothing to do with them and it's all Equifax fault even though I have an Equifax account.

pathetic. You couldn't make that up! :eek:Still rolling rolling rolling......<

I found it really easy to set up and all of my information looks to be correct. The UI is plain and easy, which is what you want for something that contains this much information!
I have the same 'issues' as already listed, with the main one being the ambiguity for 'you have very few / no'. This does need to be clearer. Apart from that, I like it and I like the fact it's free as well. As it should be...0 -

Hi Firemountain,
I'm sorry that you've had some difficulties registering for ClearScore. The problem you're describing sounds like an issue we're aware is affecting a very small number of users. We know it's annoying, and our team is currently working on fixing it so it will be resolved before long. In the mean time it can generally be avoided by logging out and logging in again or attempting registration using a different browser. I hope that helps!

I just opened an account. There are some errors.
I opened one credit card account and closed it a week later without any use. Clearscore shows this several months different from when it actually happened. I don't suppose that matters.
Another credit card shows nothing happening since May this year. It should say up to date, no missing payments.
A closed account is shown as still open. With a high credit limit, correct as it used to be.
Another has a transaction history that is very clearly not mine. Higher spending, several missing incoming payments, balance about 3 times higher than mine. All wrong.
The previous home broadband lasts until a few months later than it should, and the current one is not shown.
I don't understand the so-called timeline at all. One detail is it says £100 cash advance. I haven't taken a cash advance on a credit card for years. Are they counting cash withdrawals on a debit card? If so it's the wrong amount.0 -
Update on my post from 13/09; both Clearscore and Equifax have been very efficient and helpful, with good communication, and my details have now been corrected.0

I do not want to have to set up an account with Equifax to correct an error on Clearscore. Is there any easier way to have this corrected?Update on my post from 13/09; both Clearscore and Equifax have been very efficient and helpful, with good communication, and my details have now been corrected.
It is unlikely yours is the only record affected in this way, is it not? Or did your sis-in-law of same name (first and last names?) share an address with you at some point?
I am unclear whether you had an Equifax account prior to your Clearscore account? Looks like maybe not. But did you establish why your (recently set up?) Equifax account was behaving much as a hijacked account might (reset pw request was sending verification check email to someone else to ask for confirmation - was it sending it to Clearscore perhaps who had already created an account with Equifax on your behalf in order to siphon out your personal data?).
Are you now able to login to both Clearscore and Equifax separately?0
