I just signed up to Equifax instead - which is better?0

Only if you cancel the free trial! They offer the same information - don't pay Equifax/Experian (or Noddle's Premium services).
They aren't going to help you anymore than Clearscore and Noddle (Basic version)0 -
Have just signed-up to Clearscore and it seems to work ok0

Given that Clearscore is free and uses data from Equifax, is there any point in buying the £2 statutory credit report from Equifax? Does the £2 Equifax statutory report have any extra information on it that the free Clearscore report does not?0

well according to clearscore I have no negatives, when in fact I have some defaults, I wouldn't rely on it for anything important0

Are your defaults actually listed on clear score/Equifax?
Some companies don't report to all 3. If use Equifax friendly lenders for apps if so haha!0 -

Yep they are on Equifax, and the accounts are actually showing on clearscore, just not showing as defaults and until a few months ago they were listed as negative factors, now no negative factors are shown0 -

Aleksandra from ClearScore here. ClearScore is not a Credit Reference Agency and we simply present you with the information provided by Equifax. This is why if you want to dispute an association, we help you to do so directly with Equifax.
The best way to solve your current issue would be to fill out this form https://help.clearscore.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/2, outlining the issue and including your email address.
When you filed a dispute, Equifax created an account for you so that you can monitor the progress - from your description, it looks like you have lost access to this. Our customer operations team will be able to reset the Equifax password for you.
Kind regards,
Aleksandra
Hi Aleksandra.....please can you tell me how much of equifax data you show on your reports. Are you are to show previous addresses from 6/7 years ago? Equifax system can only show this info via a postal report.
Does your online system have access to a full 6years or just a limited number of addresses during those 6 years? (hope that makes sense!;)
thank you0 -
I have just signed up for Clearscore and it is brilliant I found out my credit rating after a few minutes and it is all straight forward to use. I would recommend it. I have just been turned down by a mobile service provider and told to look at my score - marvellous it was 511 out of 700 - how high do they need it?

Oh dear.
Your score is irrelevant. No one sees it but you, so it can be as high or as low as you want.0
