I work with precious metals etc so security is over the top. I have to have a full strip search every time i leave certain areas.
Phone had a passcode on it aswell as the app. No idea how they have done this but its got me worried.
Doesnt look like i will be seeing that money again then.

Only a matter of time before this becomes official policy for customers wanting to pay cheques into HSBC or trying to withdraw money from Post Office savings....
