    Not a laptop but as desk top (and so quiet! I had to check it was still on :rotfl:)

    I hope the Pain Management works as well - just a bit annoyed with myself as already I have failed, they wanted you to set yourself a target for the week (I put 3 x 2 hours stitching - ie three afternoons min 2 hours) and I only managed it once as too much pain the other days :mad::(, it isn't so much pain management though as coping with a long term chronic illness/condition - which in my case is chronic pain

    Well weighed in on my new scales this morning and I have lost weight! :j - this is going to be so much easier as I don't have to try and calculate what my clothes weigh any more :rotfl:

    Losing weight helps most conditions, doesn't it, so thats really good. Is two hours at a time too much for your stitching? I tried to learn to crochet about 3 years ago, and even then I couldn't do it, it hurt my fingers too much :(

    Actually if I am not feeling too bad I can do more than that (with breaks) but if I really over do it I suffer :(

    glad the weight loss is going well, i managed 2lb last week which i'm really pleased with. I'm getting new scales via Avon, hopefully they may be here on thursday but otherwise i've still got my others to use.
